How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

16 months in
Checking in for those who fear Motiva has to bottom out. No, it only happens when surgeon is unfamiliar with necessary positioning and stitching of extremely smooth textured implants. I also wore a bra 24/7 for 6 months, and after that whenever I felt unsupported. Nowadays I almost never wear it. It is unpleasant.
A bit over 6 months...
So the shape kept getting better, now I am fully satisfied and hope they won't drop more. My nipples weren't 100% symmetrical pre-op so post-op has to look the same. Feeling wise, I still sleep cautiously on my side since gravity can make my pocket feel sensitive. But the nerves have recovered some 90% by now - nipples are getting goosebumps all across and the weird sensations when touching the breast area is gone.
What I love about the size is you can make them look too big for my body by using a push up bra, but you can also make them look inconspicuous in an unpadded bra. Most of all, I look balanced naked, and that's the no1 priority.
If I could change something, I would go with 265/285 implants because they are very slightly wider, but 20/40cc difference is almost nothing.

10-ish weeks
So my first scab fell off after 8 weeks, second after 10. I hate dissolvable sutures but hey, my scars don't look bad. Pretty much everything but upper back and chest muscles is just like before. Sleeping on my sides doesn't feel bad, for stomach sleeping I don't have the guts yet.
