Now 6 months post op and my result is absolutely disappointing

Sadly Very Dissappointed
I had my breast augmentation with dr furkan certel at 15.06.2022. my experience with the coordinators were pretty good, the voila staff is very friendly, kind and were always accessible during my stay. the hospital staff on the other hand was extremly rude, they barely understand any english and i truely didn’t feel welcomed at all.
to the procedure itself: i talked to dr furkan certel for around 5-10 minutes, which is way too short, everything felt very stressed and rushed, he recommended me silicon gel implants for a more natural feel, i still told him i want my breast to not look “fake” but to still have to look of “done up” operated breast with lots of structure and cleavage. i felt overheard with my wish, and i also feel like he just wanted to do what suits me the best and not what i personally wanted.
3 days post op i was able to see my breast a little bit swollen down and saw right away that they dont have any structure at all. i was pleased by the shape but the cleavage was not there, they turned out too natural.
skipping to 2-3 months post op i was telling my concerns via whatsapp that my breast turned out to be very saggy, and they lost even more structure. i have to wear a push up bra to even see structure and cleavage. due to the settling of the implants, my breasts developed awful red stretchmarks, which doesnt seem normal to me. my breast had barely any support, which i was not aware of, and the more they settled, the more stretchmarks i got, which really affected my mental heath.
they answered me a few hours later, not adressing any of my concerns but just that everyone has a different skin tension.
i was flabbergasted by this poor response.
