Not What I Expected - a year and three months, still in pain

I was a A cup had three children never breast fed and my skin was very tight. I wanted big breasts but it was not explained to me that there wasn't enough room for the size I wanted. It was more painful then explained to me and it has been a year and three months and I’m still in pain I can’t use my left arm as it feels like a rubber band that won’t stretch any more. I can’t straighten my arm and can’t open jars or anything. I can’t lay on my stomach as it hurts so no massages while laying down. I can’t sleep on my side still because it’s so uncomfortable. It has affected my sex life very negatively and yes while my breasts are bigger it did not boost my confidence as I hoped. You can change your body but it doesn’t mean your perception of yourself will change . I have had the surgeon inject 3 rounds of cortisone into my arm he never explained what he was injecting or side effects or anything to me. The last round he hit my nerve in my arm pit which was so painful and my fingers are still numb and tingling in some spots. I feel like it was not worth everything I have had to go threw and I really don’t like the way the look. It’s not what I wanted and I’m afraid to get the surgery to have them removed. He is a very nice man I have had many friends recommend him but I guess each procedure affects people differently.
