Stay the Hell Away

I had the worst experience with this place I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here. No I am not exaggerating it was that bad. So my pre op was originally Tuesday and they called me back after my ticket, hotel , and car rental was already paid for telling me I have to come Monday for pre op when my surgery is Wednesday. I had to do another Covid test my doctor sent my lab work and EKG over numerous times and they told me they received it they even checked it off on the portal. The day of my pre op I waited literally 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room just to sign papers and have someone tell me they only have my lab work and I have to pay for my EKG. I refused to because I even had my doctor on the phone, she was telling them that someone at the front desk just confirm they got it so what is going on. This company only care about money. I didn’t even discuss what breast size I want. I didn’t get a packet or folder about my surgery. I didn’t even meet with my doctors. Now let’s get to surgery day. My appointment was for 12:45 they told me to come in at 12 I got there at 11:00 just to so I could be prepared. I waited and waited for hours until I seen the last 4 ladies in the waiting room. They asked me was I waiting on dr Victoria. I said yes my surgery is 12:45. Another girl she had a BBL for 1:00, another girl 1:30 breast augmentation and 1:45 breast augmentation all with the same doctor. The girl with the 1:00 appointment started cursing them, out the doctor finally came out to talk to her in private. I asked them several times is she going to do her surgery because my appointment is before hers. They all kept lying saying no. When they opened the door I could see the young lady already changed into a gown preparing for surgery. I was so [RS bleep] off because imagine I been here since 11:00 and it was now 2 pm and I would have to wait because she decided to take somebody in before their scheduled time because they were being rowdy. I went upstairs to talk to my coordinator she acted so nonchalant. I finally went to prep for surgery at 4:45. I discussed that I wanted 450cc, doctor said it might be too big for my frame. I told her that I want 400cc nothing less than that. I asked to feel or try on the size, no one came back in the room. My anesthesiologist was the sweetest guy ever, he is the only one at that company that actually act like they care. He gave me something in my IV I don’t remember anything after that, idk how I got into the surgery room. All I remember is sitting in the chair waiting for them to bring me the implant to look and feel them. Can you imagine I woke up out of surgery at 9pm to have my best friend saying they gave me was 340cc? I was heart broken because that is not what me and my surgeon agreed on. You just don’t put what you want to put in my body because when the swelling goes down so will my breast. I also told her I want high profile which I didn’t get. They do what they want to do. This is my money and my body I paid for what I wanted. I am also doing a BBL at another place, my body will not be proportioned at all. I am so disappointed and regret this surgery. I hate it to be honest, I was better off with my 32A breast. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication is indescribable. People save your money and go somewhere worth it who actually care about you and not just the money.
