That looks like duck tape! What in the world kind of bandages are those! Also why on top? Where is your incision?
Im guessing he should of done a lift or used a different size or shape of implant . Like something that would fill out the base of your breast better. I would be persistent about getting good results or ask for your money back so u can go somewhere else. Pretty kind of u to not post the surgeons name .
it looks like he put the implants under the muscle. without a lift the only option would be over the muscle to fill the sagging breast. I feel really bad for you but I don't think he'll leave you like this, i'm sure he'll bring you back in to put the implant over the muscle..

Snoopy Breasts?! Did I Get Botched?

So I went for a breast augmentation consultation in April of 2023. My surgeon said I was a great candidate and this procedure would be a breeze. We talked about implants and sizes. I left feeling pretty confident.
Fast forward to June 12 2023. This is when I got my surgery done. When I came home that day, I took a peek at my breasts and instantly started to cry. I hated what I was looking at. The lower part of my breast tissue is just hanging and my implants are all the way up on my chest. I called the doctors office that same day with my concerns. They told me to talk to my surgeon about it during my first post op appointment. Well I went to that appointment today. The nurse looked at my breasts and instantly was like “they didn’t look like this when we finished your procedure..” she instantly got the surgeon and he came in. He told me let’s just wait and see how my implants look when they drop but my need to do a breast lift…. If he felt like I needed a lift he should’ve told me that during my consultation?! I’m left feeling so insecure and worried about my breasts. When the implant drops and fluffs , does it look like it could look “normal” or am I doomed with snoopy breasts and another surgery in the near future?
