2 weeks post surgery
So far I’m very happy, implants still need to drop a little but the size is perfect! The doctor decided during the surgery to go over the muscle and not under to help give me cleavage, which I’ve never had… not even with the 325 saline implants I had 20 years ago! He used a mesh internal bra to hold them center and help hide the implant in the over the muscle position. He also used Renuva to help hide my rib protrusion on the left side. Will post another update after I’ve seen more settling. So far Very happy !

Ive had quite the history with my boobs! I had implants when I was 20 and hated them.. 325cc saline under the muscle. They felt to unnatural to me and I removed them only a few years later! I was happy being small chested for many years but after a few pregnancies, I was left with nothing again. Having the memory of hating implants, I decided to go for a fat transfer. My breasts looked amazing for a few months but after the 6 month mark, I was pretty much where I started. And liposuction is extremely painful so it was really disappointing…
I decided to give implants one more try hoping it was the size that bothered me. I searched high and low for a review of 140cc low profile and couldn’t find a single one so thought I would post here..
