Small Implants, Low Plus Profile Natrelle Soft Touch- over the muscle - age above 45

Being 49 years old I have had many years to learn to accept my small breast, but I decided that I want to go into my 50's feeling refreshed and renewed. I do want my "new me" to be just a slight change - subtle - a revision that I will mostly notice but others will not see right away. My stats are 5' 3", 115 lbs, 12 bwd.
My doctor has convinced me that over the muscle is the best route. Especially because I am still active and fit (I like to lift weights and dance). I am choosing either Sientra's 106 HC with the low profile of either 220cc or 250cc - or I may decide on Sientra's 107 HC+ moderate profile of 250cc. I liked the way the moderates looked with the sizers; however, they may feel too projected without clothing on. I have my pre-op appointment on 5/29, so I'll make the final decision then.
So far I like the Doctor, he has been willing to give me a lot of time. He is extremely knowledgeable, and informs me of all the issues. I am so far not as impressed with the the office having a lack of appropriate sizers, but my first consultation was right after the re-opening after Covid so maybe everyone was just getting re-organized. I'll know more after next week. My doctor is a chunk more expensive than others in my town, but he is one of the best - so I am hoping I'll get what I paid for!

4 hours out of surgery! Everything went really well - the surgery center (McKenzie Surgery Center) was wonderful, and my surgeon was very kind and I felt really confident. I was asleep before they even had me adjusted on the table - I felt like I was having a little dream - and then I was waking up in the recovery room - so easy. Luckily I did not feel any nausea and the pain has been minimal. I took one Oxy at 4:30 when I got home, and will probably take one more before I go to sleep - but really feeling so much better than I expected. Here are pictures from today - tomorrow I go in to get the bandages removed.

Just got home from seeing my PS - all is looking great!!. Over placement is really the way to go if you want a pain free easy fast recovery. After the one oxy I took, I had 0 pain and started to be too active. I don't want to cause myself healing issues - so just on an anti inflammatory and tylenol, that way I feel uncomfortable enough to remember to take it easy. I am still swollen, but I am so happy with my choice so far. My breast feel re-inflated!!
