Small implant club! 30y/o, Asian, 5'3", 118lb, 250cc Moderate Silicone Under
WORTH IT$5,800
As a 30th / debt-free gift to myself, I decided to take the plunge and get my much anticipated boob job!!! Like everyone else, I've been wanting boobs since I was 13y/o! Unfortunately, a petite frame and Asian genes hadn't bless me with natural gifts =P I really thought the decision through as I waited until I was 30. Even more, I booked my first consultation back in May, then booked my surgery *four months later* on a long Labor Day holiday weekend in September to preserve using leave from work.
I've been a long time lurker on Real Self and I'm excited to finally make my own post and share my journey! My surgery is this Friday, September 4. After obsessing over sizes this whole summer, I feel confident that 250cc silicone moderate profile under the muscle will give me the look I want. I've always loved a modest look and I ultimately want to end up with 32C. Since I am very active with the gym, it is important for me to maintain a humble chest so it doesn't interfere with HIIT or cardio. I just want it big enough to fill out a sports bra.

Do you have any more before pictures without clothes? Trying to see if we have the same amount of breast tissue as I'm determining size!
UPDATED FROM looking4alaska
Day of treatment
Day of Surgery!!
We made it! I’m leaving to the surgery center in 10min and wanted to post before it all goes down. I’ve attached preparation instructions given by my PS and photos of how I set up my recovery space :) Even though I read countless recovery stories on this platform, I still set up as if I won’t be able to talk or move lol. Gotta assume the worst case scenario, right?
Items to purchase before surgery:
- antibacterial Dial soap
- cold compress ice packs (buy the circle shaped ones used for breastfeeding so you can slip it in your bra)
- stool softener (painkillers will make you very constipated!
- large shower wipes (since you can’t bathe for 3 days)
- arnica tablets and bromelain tablets (homeopathic; taking 3 days prior to surgery to minimize bruising and inflammation)
- wedge pillow to help you sit up
- computer lap desk if you plan to be in bed doing work or Netflixing all day
- garments to slip into easily such as button down PJ’s and robe
- straws for drinks and put snacks and meds in Ziploc bags (think of anything that uses muscle to open)
Hope this post helps someone better prepare! I’m so anxious-excited. Felt emo putting my 32A bra’s away last night :( We had a good 30-year run, but I’m ready for my new girls, hehe. Wish me luck!!!

I've been lurking on here and I'm seeing the same doctor and my procedure will be in 10 days! I am also a petite Asian trying to decide if 255 or 275 cc is right for me. I'm 5'5 120 lbs. I think 255 cc will be fine. It's a big change in identity, right? Do you feel more womanly? Do you feel you get a lot more unwanted attention? I just want to be modest as well and reduce complications. I'm following your prep to a T haha. Buying more zip loc bags as we speak lol
