Small 36B Getting 550cc Mentor Breast Implants

I absolutely LOVE my breasts! I still wish I would have gone to 650cc I was only going to go to 450cc at first THANK GOD I decided to go to 500cc then during the pre-op they were showing me the Netrell implants and they didn't have that size available so she had handed me a Mentor implant.... i freaked! I COULD NOT BELIEVE how DIFFERNT AND HOW MUCH BETTER the Mentor implant felt! It felt so much softer, more natural, so light it was 10000x better then the name brand, household name everybody knows Netrell!!!!! I swear to God best thing that ever happened! They one she handed me was 550cc and they didn't have the size I chose i was determined to get the Mentor implant. There was NO CHANGING MY MOND AND NO GOING BACK, the doctor was absolutely fine with the change, so either go down in size or go up.... they always say you get boob greed (100% fact by the way ALWAYS GO A SIZE UP FROM WHAT YOU THINK YOU WANT AND DO NOT BE SCARED OF A NUMBER!!!!) so I went up! I am so so glad I did! Don't get me wrong I am so happy and they are PERFECT I just wish they were a bit bigger.
No one can tell i had implants. I always wore the bombshell add 2 cup size bras so they look so similar! Obviously the people I told can tell but I have the most PERFECT TEARDROP BREASTS EVER! Idk if it is the implant or the profile (high profile) or the fact i didn't sleep with any bra after my 3rd week or so.... but they feel JUST RIGHT! I AM THRILLED EASE IF YOU WANT GREAT BREASTS GO SEE DR. SINGER, GO TO PREMIER IN TAMPA FLORIDA!!!

I have never in my life felt this confidence i feel now. I am still heavier then I would like to be as far as my weight goes however, for the first time in my life I feel proportional.
You would not believe how much progress I have made in 8 weeks. So first of all shame on me... i did not listen to my doctor about wearing the surgical bra 23 hrs a day for the whole 3 months. It was so uncomfortable when your used to sleeping 100% naked every night. I couldn't sleep i was miserable. I did however sleep sitting up for 14 days straight. I changed onto a high compression sports bra that was 1000x more comfortable during the day and 3 weeks in i started sleeping without a bra at all. I would shower in the morning and put my sports bra back on. I grabbed a Victorias Secret high compression zip up bra then a puma super comfy seemless compression bra. I read so many mixed recommendations from probably 100 doctors and they were 50/50 about wearing a bra at all. I will tell you I TRULY BELIEVE i have dropped as far as I have as quick as I have because I let them breath and let gravity take over at night. I have been using mederma EVERY MORNING AND NIGHT RELIGIOUSLY since the steri strips came off and I think its helping. My incisions are a bit longer and deeper then I would like but overall I am thrilled. I still have a bit of Boob greed I wish I went with 650cc instead although my boyfriend said i would look weird and they are beautiful and perfect just the way they are... he wouldn't change a thing. I am so greatful I'm telling you if your on the fence about getting this surgery DO NOT BE SCARED BY A NUMBER, JUMP OFF THE FENCE AND RUN to as many consultations as you can research research research until you find your perfect doctor! Do not let money be a factor! Save if you have to but Dr. Singer is amazing!

So I went to see the surgeon yesterday for my one week follow up. She was shocked at how well I was doing. She said I had minimal swelling and bruising which shocked the hell outta me. It gets worse then what I had??? Lol. On the plus side she said I have dropped more then she expected as well and I can finally sleep on my back laying down and i am allowed to lift my arms above my head!!! Yay no more dinosaur arms!!! I am E-rex no more I have minimal pain and discomfort every once in a while I'll have a sharp pain in my left incision. She told me to start wrapping the top of my boobs in an ace bandage to give them an assist in dropping. It's pretty uncomfortable though. Theres a lot of pressure underneath at the incision doe to the pressure of the bandage pushing them down so hard. I must confess I slept with no bra on the last 2 nights which I 100% saw a huge drop in them each morning the swelling is a lot less as well. They feel very heavy while sleeping but I am sleeping very slightly propped up for gravity reasons more then comfort. Half the doctors say dont wear a bra at all for the first few months others say wear it constantly for 6 months...
I don't think there is any proven theory one way or the other so I am doing what's best for me. I told my doctor and she just said ok... so I'm going to continue. It is such relief when I first take it off for quite a while after. Here are some updated pictures in a sports bra with a tank top on. The look GREAT in a tank top!!!! I am so so happy 100% worth every penny, all the pain, discomfort, worry, research and everything that goes along with it! Again any questions or comments I'd love to hear them!
