Do What Makes U Happy! I know some people say that Breast Augmentations are a easy recovery, But if you have very little Breast Tissue like myself it's going to be very tough the first 5 days. Today is currently Day #4 I am still sore but not as bad as Days 1-3. I can now walk which I could barely do alone the first three days.(My walking is now at a very slow pace) I gave myself a shower today, I was unable to do this Days 1-3. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW! *YOU HAVE TO SLEEP SITTING UP THE FIRST WK (which will cause back pain) *THE PAIN MEDS WILL CAUSE CONSTIPATION (have stool softeners on hand) *ITS PAINFUL TO REACH FOR THINGS, LIFT ARMS,OPEN DOORS. (have someone with you to help) *DRINK LOTS OF WATER I was able to eat regular foods right after surgery,I was able to text, I only became nauseous when I tried bathing myself Day#2.(I didn't vomit)
