I saw 3 surgeons, Dr Kim Taylor, Dr Natalie Ngan and Dr Dean Trotter.
Natalie made the best impression on me, she is down to earth, didn't try too hard and didn't rush me, she didn't suggest I needed a lift (i didn't), she uses the Keller Funnell on select, not all breast augmentations (not mine), she never sugar coated anything for me and was completely realistic about expectations. I was referred to her by my friend (whose breasts look amazing), who was referred by her friend etc.
Extremely well, no bruising, hardly any swelling, started to drop quickly, amazing result. I was expecting to be extremely misshapen immediately post op, i was expecting to be in a lot of pain, it was all very manageable, if you go through contractions and childbirth the pain post op is not like that. You have meds to help you, it just takes time to adjust to the weight (in my case 1.2kg) on your chest, and the feeling of foreign objects stretching your skin. I only have occasional itching around the wounds. And at the moment I can't sleep longer then 6-7 hours either due to excitement about my new boobs and/or annoyance at sleeping constantly on my back.
However it is definitely worth it!
