How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Wishing I Did This Sooner… I’m So Happy!
I had surgery yesterday around 1:00pm, for reference. I’m writing this review the next morning as I’m so pleased with my results. The “before” photos that I posted were taken just before I went in and the “after” photos were taken two hours after getting home from the surgical centre.
This review is for my 600cc, high profile silicone breast implants that I had placed subglandular, (which for those who don’t know) is over the muscle. I didn’t want my pectoral muscles interfered with as I’m quite athletic and had enough breast tissue to help soften the edges of the implant. I also wasn’t looking for a “natural” look given the nature of my work. I had the inframammary incision, which is underneath my breast as the implants/my natural breasts were large enough to cover the edges of them.
I usually have a lot of anxiety seeing doctors, of any sort, really. I’ve had dental work that stressed me out/caused me more emotional trauma more than my BA did. Dr. D and his team put me at ease from start to finish.
He recommend the specific size for me according to my measurements and goals. I’m so happy that I took his advice as I wouldn’t be satisfied with the smaller cc size that I originally wanted after seeing photos online, prior to meeting him. At my consultation, I was told that I have a fairly wide breast pocket. I also had a slight droop beginning after some weight loss. I didn’t want a lift to avoid the scarring, so I had to go larger to get rid of the wrinkling skin that developed after losing a bunch of weight that I gained after a serious ankle injury.
Dr. D had his assistant come in and tell me that 600cc would fit me well after we spoke and he reviewed my before photos/measurements. I thought that it was very classy that he didn’t put pressure on me by telling me face to face to go much larger than I originally proposed to him. Having his kind, female assistant come in and tell me that she also agrees that the larger size would give me the results that I desired helped me feel confident about going forward with it.
I woke up feeling fine from the anesthesia. Didn’t need any of the nausea medication that was prescribed to me. I took half of the recommended dose of pain killers and had full relief of any sharp pains or aches. All I feel is the weight of of them and soreness in my shoulders from tensing them. As you can see from the photos, I have no bruising what so ever. I’m so excited for them to drop and “fluff” as they say. Will post more photos as the swelling subsides and the settle into their new home. Best money that I’ve ever spent!
Thanks Dr. Demianczuk for quelling my fears and making me feel so confident!
