So I've been wanting another breast augmentation for quite awhile now. I had a previous augmentation in order to correct the asymmetry of my breasts, during which I only received one implant in my left breast. I was initially happy but slowly started feeling like I would rather them both to be done because although they were now the same size, they both looked and felt very differently. I decided to finally go through with booking a consultation with Dr. Khulthaila. My initial consultation went great and she discussed the realistic outcomes and what she could do to make them as symmetrical as possible. I then was able to book my surgery day. Surgery was very smooth as well. I had implants put in both boobs, one larger in my left and a smaller one on the right. I decided to replace my current implant with a silicone one rather than the saline. To me they look and feel more natural already. I am so happy with my results already. I'm currently 4 weeks post op and I'm obsessed with my news boobs. I think they look great and they look completely symmetrical! I would highly recommend Dr. Khulthaila.

I'm surprised she recommended silicone because it has so many health risks, like gel bleed and migration.

@fairwanderer they actually don't at all really. The casing tearing, ripping or being down only happens in like 1%. Silicone is non toxic and will not harm you. And most of the integrity issues in implants happen with saline since it can be manipulated so much easier because it's squishier. Migration can happen with any implant really but actually happens mostly with textured implants, which are a style and have nothing to do with filler chosen. So not sure where you got your info but you might want to check it before spreading it

Saline is horrible!! I’ve had both!! Silicone is way better!! Saline deflates and ripples and silicone feels real and isn’t toxic!

@fairwanderer BII! LA MALADIE DES IMPLANT MAMMAIRE! IT'S REAL!

I agree that BII is real, but studies have shown that it seems to happen more in women that have autoimmune diseases already or that have a family history of autoimmune diseases. As far as silicone being less safe than saline I feel is a mute point. They are both made of the same silicone casing. And with the technology of today it is very rare that the silicone would bleed out if there were a tear in the shell because the silicone gel is so cohesive. Also, if it were to bleed out for some reason it would be encased in the capsule (the scar tissue that forms around the implants naturally). Either way it is up to the patient if they want to get silicone or saline. I think they are both great choices for women wanting a BA. Let's raise each other up on this site! Everyone is going through a big journey and need support :) I think you look beautiful! What profile, brand, and size did you end up getting?

Beautiful!!! Wow!! Can you share about your size before and after? How much did you add? Below or above the muscle? Im thinking to get mine done soon but its really hard to decide. Im not sure i would be comfortable to have them that big, though I just love the idea sometimes and yours look just beyond perfection. Thanks Monika.
