Weeks 1-4

Week 1: I was experiencing a little bit of pain (still at a scale of 4-5; nothing unbearable). The shortness of breath was the worst. At the time, I did have a band wrapped around my chest and going up and down the steps made me feel like I was out of breath and I was speaking like I was out of breath.
Week 2: I went back to see Dr. Tag and he stated I could take the compression off and the shortness of breath did subside. I believe at this point, I was weaning myself off of Advil and Tylenol (never took the Oxycodone) and I was finished with the antibiotics. I was also able to start massaging them and applying scar cream. Truly cannot see the scars, because they are under the crease, but I still apply the scar cream once a day (we are four weeks out at this point).
Week 3: Completely off of the pain meds; still wearing my surgical bra everyday and night. I believe this surgical bra is from Fruit of the Loom and there are clasps in the front.
Week 4: Saw Dr. Tag today (May 2nd), I can start shopping for bras--he stated that they will lower because they are still high, but the size itself is still the same. Only can do light cardio, absolutely no heavy lifting until next month. Overall, still very much obsessed with them!

Pre-Op Breast and Fresh Out of Surgery Breast

Here are some pictures pre-breast surgery, reference photos, and post-breast surgery. I am 135 lbs (with clothes on--at least this is what my primary care stated) and I am 5'4 1/2. My reference photos consist of different celebrities or people I saw on TikTok or YouTube. Dr. Tag has exceeded my expectations, I am so happy with them! As of right now, they are in the Frankenstein-Boob stage, but once they fluff and settle they are going to look even more incredible. Also, please no disturbing DMs who are not interested in a breast augmentation; I will report you and block you!

Breast Augmentation with 415ccs (In Left) and 455ccs

I am currently on day four post-op, but I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Tag and my experience with my new boobies! The day of surgery I was very nervous as to be expected, but everything went great. We were originally going to go with 415ccs and 435 ccs, but when I went under anesthesia Dr. Tag said it was not proportionate, so we went with 415 ccs in the left and 455 ccs in the right. The brand of implants are Moderate Plus Smooth Silicone with Sientra. Remember, some of our breast are sisters not twins. I am still contemplating if I want to provide pictures with no clothes on, but I wear a 32A bombshell bra from Victoria Secret and was going for a Full C/Small D.

Day of Surgery:
I did not feel any pain after the anesthesia and the numbing wore off, I even went to the store (I most definitely took it easy, did not pick up anything. I really just wanted to keep moving, so I would not obtain blood clots).
Still no severe pain, I would say my pain has stayed at a consistent level between 4-5 out of 10 (ten being the worst). I have only been taking Tylenol and antibiotics. My doctor did prescribe oxycodone, but I wanted to stay away from them as much as I could. I was not able to lift my arms pass the T-Rex arms stage, I felt a lot of pressure in the left breast (Dr. Tag did start with this side), and I felt a weird pain in the my right underarm. At the time, I was not aware of my sizing. Again this was something that can be managed with Tylenol! Dr. Tag also contacted me to see how I was doing and sent me pictures of what my implants looked like before the Frankenstein-Boob occurred. Also I slept with a pregnancy pillow with lots of pillows behind me. I would highly recommend this, my back has not hurt once!

Day 2 Post-Op:
Nothing really changed, I felt pressure, but that is also to be expected. They were hard at the top. A lot of people I have spoken to gave me the analogy of when you do an intense upper body workout, but really it felt like someone was sitting on my chest. You lose your breathe very easily, but other than that all is going well. I also went to see Dr. Tag today and he said everything looked great and gave me a new surgical bra and stated I could start taking Advil tomorrow. I also have to keep gauze in between my chest and a wrap around my chest for a week.

Day 3 Post-Op:
Was able to take a shower 48 hours post-op. I went outside again, and I extended my time from taking the pain meds, would not recommend that, but the pain level was a 5.5-6. Later this night, I felt a sharp pain where the incision is and I text Dr. Tag and he said that this was completely normal, so I tried not to worry!

Day 4 Post-Op:
Both breast are still hard to the touch, but I was able to move both arms today and was practically able to take a shower by myself. I could not go as vigorous as I would like, but it was something. I am trying to go as slow as I can and not damage or cause any pain. I still have a few tingles where my incision is, but other than that we are moving a little faster everyday. I also have not been able to lift myself up, so keep that in mine; you will most definitely need someone to assist you. And when I do lift up, I feel heaviness and pressure!
