Sientra Implants 32A to 32D (ish)- SO worth it!!!

WORTH IT$7,900
I was extremely flat chested and since I was 15 years old I wanted a boob job. At 34 yrs old, I finally made the choice to get it done! I went to a few consultations with top plastic surgeons in my area but ended up choosing a Doctor about an hour and a half south of me. The doctor and the experience with the staff/office/onsite surgery center are what sold me. Plus, the office was so beautiful, clean, and organized. I paid the extra $3K for the experience and comfort I felt with the doctor I chose.

I didn't know what size I wanted or how many cc I would like, so my doctor told me to send him pics of my ideal breast shape and look and my hard "no's" so he could have a better idea of what I wanted. They ordered multiple implant sizes to try on me while I was under to get the look just right for me. I ended up getting 325 cc in my left and 385 cc in my right. My right breast was significantly smaller and less shapely then my left. I also have a chest wall deformity where my left chest wall sticks out a little further than my right.

After surgery, I was completely out of it from the anesthesia and don't remember much that first day (my boyfriend took videos of me which were hilarious). Imagine the videos you see of people just coming out of anesthesia acting goofy and funny, that was me for a full hour and half car ride back home LOL.

I was super nauseous when I got home and got about a full 24 hours after surgery. I was prescribed nausea meds which helped drastically, thank god. The day after surgery, I checked my breasts out for the first time and was terrified when I saw my right breast, it looked like a frankenboob. It was square and had pivots all around it and sat extremely high. I got in right away to see my doctor. He had me stop wearing the strap that goes around the top of the breasts (my left breast was doing great and feel right into place). Instead, he had me start pushing the implant from my armpit and down to try to slowly open up the pockets in my cleavage area and just below. The pics will show the journey. This has helped significantly! My left is perfect and I'm still hoping the right continues to get better and better as it has.
