Sientra Breast Implants

Feeling better every day! Swelling has definitely started to come down. Tried on a some new clothes for fun! Tightness is the worst in the morning right when I wake up. Still wearing my compression strap which definitely seems to help. Post op appointment is this next Tuesday. Hopefully I get the green light to stop using the strap since it can be uncomfortable at times.

Surgery was today! I went with 440cc HP smooth Sientra implants. Right after surgery my chest felt extremely heavy like someone was sitting on my chest. I also had a strange pain inbetween my shoulder blades on my back. After coming home I rested and have been alternating between Advil and Tylenol. Pain level isn’t too bad and is only at a 1 or 2. I’m definitely swollen and my nipples are pointing down. Sounds like it may take 4-6 weeks for those to start looking normal again. So far I think they look good and can’t wait to see them start dropping. The Dr. only has be wearing a compression strap. I have my one day post Opp tomorrow and will post another update then!

Had my pre-op last week and was hoping I would be able to lock down a size but I'm still undecided! Surgery day is set for Feb 11th and I have 1 week before to nail this down. I'm torn between 415cc & 440cc High Profile Smooth Sientra implants. I'm 5'10, 150lbs, 34B, BWD is 12. I know there isn't much difference between the two but am hoping to be a Full D to DD. Anyone with similar stats have input???? I don't want to be too large but am worried about losing some volume since they are going under the muscle.
