WORTH IT
I've had small breasts (34B) my whole life, but after having 2 kids, they totally deflated. I was smaller than AA cup after kids and needed professional help. My experience of getting a consultation, picking my size, surgery, and recovery was amazing from start to finish.
The HARDEST thing is picking the size, because its hard to envision your body with new breasts. I tried the implants at the doctor's office and went slightly bigger than the size I thought looked best. All the advice I got told me to go slightly bigger than what I thought I wanted, and that was good advice.
Recovery was a a week of rest, breast massage, and painkillers, but I felt better every day and was up and about in a few days.
6 months post op and they look and feel so natural. I still haven't bought a bra yet (because I don't need one) but I'm measuring around a DD now.

Adding photos since they didn't post with my original review. My breasts were high up for a while but settled nicely. In a bralette they look very natural, and with a push up they have that nice look of cleavage I was going for.
Thanks for sharing your experience so far! Would you feel comfortable including photos?
