They are softening up a bit and fluffing a bit too. My left is still a bit tighter than my right but it’s not much difference. At my 12 week Appt I discussed with my doc about possibly tightening the crease on my right boob so it feels a bit more secure and is pushed up a bit more. He said he could easily do that and would do it for free for me. I have a date scheduled for September to do that. We wanted to wait until then to see how they both continue to change and also because I have a lot going on in May and through the summer I can’t go 6 weeks without getting in a pool. Lol. I’m loving the size still! They’re feeling more like a part of me. I’m a bit nervous about this summer coming because I didn’t tell any of my friends about the surgery. It may not seem like a big change to them because I usually wore padded bras or chicken cutlets and in the summer I don’t wear SUPER skimpy suits. I’m so glad I went with the 320cc moderates. :)

Hey would you have to be put under when you go for tightening your crease? What’s that process like? I’ve actually never heard of that. Sounds interesting. Thanks for sharing!

I think I would be put under. Because I think it entails him stitching an internal bra along the new crease. He said it’s not a difficult fix. I think if people just get implant exchanges they are able to do that as an “awake” surgery… but I think that’s just because the surgeon is only cutting the existing incision line and then swapping them and stitching back up. This is a bit more involved than that.

Thanks for the info! Would this also be done because you don’t expect the opposite breast to drop anymore?

Hello! First, these look absolutely awesome. Second - I have fairly similar “before” stats to you...were you concerned about your inframammary fold filling out appropriately with implant and tissue? I am concerned that since my nipple is a bit lower, that the implant won’t descend enough and I won’t get nice lower pole fullness and the implant will be “stuck” up high. I sort of can’t wrap my head around the physics of it when your breast is super small. We’re you worried about this at all? Or no because of how your breasts filled out when you breastfed?

Hi! Your doc will adjust your fold if the inframmamory fold is too close to the nipple. :). My folds were fine but they were barely there. So my doc did kinda have to shape them out a bit. The one on the right just is a bit less secure so he’s gonna tighten it up.

Absolute perfection! I have a TT scheduled for this fall and have been on the fence about an augmentation. Your results are added to my “wish” list! Congrats again!

We have a very similar story - I’m only currently 3 weeks out but was wondering if you could give an update on how things are going and if you decided to get a revision to tighten your fold?

Thank you for sharing your journey. My surgery is in less than 3 weeks, and I’m contemplating low vs medium. Which sounds like medium profile will bump me up to 300/320cc which frightens me a bit.
I’m very much worried about too much projection being active and mom of littles ones.

13 weeks post op! Nothing seems to have really changed since 10 weeks. My left is still higher than my right due to some tight pec muscles and tight muscles on the inner part which makes it not perfectly rounded. My right one has a tight muscle on one lower inner side area that continues to create a little indentation. I need to be stretching more to try to stretch out those muscles. Im loving the size and just hoping the left pec muscle releases a bit, the right doesn’t drop anymore, and that they start to soften up more. They have felt like a part of me since about 3 weeks post op. I have my “12 week” post op on Tuesday to make sure all looks well with righty and to get advice for helping lefty to drop. I’ve tried to keep it in my mind that things continue to change- so not to worry about little things here and there too much. Remember that changes can keep happening for months and even years! Especially for women who started totally flat.
I wanted a natural but perky look and that’s what I got. I love my boobs!

Stats:
Sientra 320cc moderate profile 107s unders
Started totally flat after breastfeeding 3 kids
5’7” 120lbs at surgery (124lbs now)

Well the smaller band size you have the quicker you go up in cups. I am a 30DD or 32D! They’re sister sizes. My underbust measurement is 29.

My boobs have gotten so much softer and are just looking better and better :). The left breast is dropping a bit slower than the right. I have felt pretty much back to normal since the end of week 2. They are a bit sensitive and I have to be careful around my little kids but I’m holding them, wrestling with them (carefully), picking them up, and doing everything as normal.
