41, 5'6", 125#, 370cc. Deflated & saggy to PERKY 34DD?! Amazed!

Almost one month out

WORTH IT
Had my three week appointment on Tuesday. The doctor said I can wear normal bras, and he wants them to be tight and push my breasts toward the center. I can actually achieve cleavage with a tight sports bra! Here are some before and after pics, he says they are mostly dropped and will stay nice & perky if I properly support them.
I guess I’m a 34D in most bras now but there’s slight spillage so a 34DD works, too.

I’m VERY happy with my size. Def could have gone up to 400cc but I’ll save that for when I’m in my 50s and need a revision ;)

Looks amazing! I’m in a similar situation to you! Started with saggier breasts and I got mine done on the 31st. I’m in love and I hope they don’t drop too much! Did yours drop much after these last pics?
Thanks for the comment! They fully dropped and fluffed after 6-8 weeks. They aren't sagging and look the same as they did in the pics. I can try to take some pics soon. However, they are HEAVY and the skin will definitely stretch over time. I wear a bra 24/7 to minimize this. I used to go braless a lot (probably contributed to my sagging breasts, but I also had a lot of loose skin from weight loss). Now I sleep in a sports bra ranging from very supportive like this: https://www.nike.com/t/indy-high-support-womens-padded-adjustable-sports-bra-IxbTBvLi/FD1068-478?nikemttrue&srsltidAfmBOorGuLkBEhXeP1Dq4q___-sgqPuX0i7N736Uo4qDCiXyseSC0UQNbuE&gQT2) to looser, like this: https://www.amazon.com/SPRIMEMONG-Womens-Light-Support-Bra-Seamless/dp/B0BLRWYHFS?sourceps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_fplfs&smidA2DNEZ87KJ66B2&th1&psc1:

You don't have to wear a tight bra to sleep, but I'm willing to do this in order to keep my breasts perkier longer. I also like them supported. I lift weights and find that sometimes my chest/pec area is sore (although I avoid direct chest exercises), so I think a tight sports bra aids in muscle recovery.

My biggest regret during surgery recovery was not wearing a much tighter bra that pushed my breasts together as soon as possible. My dr. told me to wear a supportive bra, but I felt some pain if my bra was too tight so I was paranoid about hurting the implants. Now they're healed I think I could have squeezed them together even more and earlier with a tighter bra if I hadn't been afraid to. I have a very wide set chest so this might have helped them from spreading out. Or not, my body is what it is!
Thanks for the informative response :) like I said, I had VERY SIMILAR boobs to yours starting out and it was hard finding other women with my situation who didn’t also get a lift!
It’s great to hear your results stayed similar to this!
I was actually instructed to NOT wear anything tight and compressive for 6 weeks but tbh I think it would be good to have it a little tight to avoid excess sagging!

I’ll take a look at those bras you listed there. I am finding none of my old sports bras have the support I need!

Yeah if you can take pics that would be awesome for a lot of women like me! I plan to post mine too! I just haven’t got the hang of posting on this website lol. I posted my before boobs and wanted to add to it, but haven’t figured it out lol so I’ll post my new boobs in a few weeks

I’ve been acquiring some inexpensive bras since none of my 34Cs fit. 34D VS sports bras fit, but are a bit tight for all day wear so I swap for a less tight bra for sleeping.

I previously wore a lot of Tommy John lightly lined wireless bras so I tried some of the same model on in a store, 34D fit but the side boob coverage didn’t feel adequate to me, so I sized up to 34DD! I know my bra size is in flux for the next month or so, but I think most of the swelling is gone. I ordered some 34DD and 34D bras on clearance so when I’m cleared to wear normal bras in a couple weeks I’ll hopefully have a couple that fit.

Happy with my size, they look proportional when I’m nude, and pretty big TBH in a boxy top, so my wardrobe will need some adjustments!

Day 12 - getting fluffier!

I’ve been wearing a compressive sports bra around the clock. My breasts look better each day and are already dropping nicely. Considering my before pics, I think my progress is incredible. I felt my breasts were ugly before and I was very self-conscious about them. They still look like mine, so not perfect, but they look soooooo much better. I’m also amazed at how perky they are considering I did not get a lift. I’m glad I went with the larger size of implant choices, too!
