Hi girls
I'm 40 years old and a mom of three (19,16,12).
Filled in my paperwork and finance company has paid my loan to the clinic .
I've been wanting this surgery for the longest time but just kept putting it off and really there's no need to do so anymore .. so here I am about to get some new boobs and live my best life even more !! Yeeesss!!!
I weight 63 kg and 5"1 in height.
I normally wear 34d in bras and although I have breast fed three babies and lost my upper poles I don't want to go up in size but just really Want volume and projection.
As can be expected I have a slight sag but to be fair it isn't as bad as It could have been from what I've seen on other women..
I've had numerous consultations and the various doctors have all Said I should do over the muscle instead of behind it as I have a good amount of tissue and great skin to hold my implants in place.
But that's my biggest worry as over the muscle the implants tend to sag a lot quicker
They all Agreed 425cc would be the most ideal Size and even though I have voiced my desire for 450s they all Said it would be too much for my frame
So it's agreed 425cc moderate plus textured nagor implants to be dropped into My chest !! Gosh !!!
My surgeon said due to me having broad shoulders and wide hips he's put the moderate plus in so I have a nice side boob going on to compliment my shape even more so I'm All for that - please and thank you my dear !!lol lol
D day is 25/9/2020
Again my biggest problem is going over the muscle but I'm going to talk about having the dual plane method instead
I'll talk to him on the day of my surgery about my concerns and come to a final Conclusion
Fingers crossed as I've been cancelled Twice due to my surgeon shielding through the COVID madness
Dr shivram Singh is my surgeon of choice who works in the Manchester private hospital
But I'll keep you updated on how it goes

Five days to go
Ahh super excited and super nervous at the same time
Surgical Bras bought and pack and I’m ready for it.
I am still battling with going over the muscle or going under even though three surgeons have said go over the muscle
I’ll be asking about the dual plane method and if anyone has had that surgery please let me know how the results were for u and if u have any regrets of it

Hey very excited for you
My understanding is that essentially duel plane is under the muscle because even in a ‘normal’ under the muscle procedure only 50% of the implant is covered by muscle as your muscle only reaches that proportion of the breast
I may be wrong but I too for entirely different reasons have seen 3 surgeons to get my head around this under and over issue

Had them done !!
It’s day one post op and minimal pain
I had herd it can be quite painful but I guess mine are over muscle so that’s why it does not hurt as much as having them under
I’m pretty happy with them but it’s see how they fair in a few weeks and months from now

I can't wait
Minimum pain in the left breast but th right one is just kicking my arse with discomfort and sleeping upright is not the one.
So who are You going to for surgery and when ?
It's hard to find anyone on here who's had over the muscle and recently
Sometimes I can't believe I've finally gotten them done but I'm so happy it's done!!!
Can't wait to pierce other nipple as well
Going over muscle is far less painful than going under !
Let me know when u do yours so I can follow you

I think I have the same start breast as you, I am so unsure about the size, 340cc or 360cc. I made a review today I think they will post it tomorrow. Yes it is quite difficult to find girls who get overs and already have boobs:))
I wish you a good recovery and keep us updated. I live in Germany by the way..

Oh ok well mine were either from 400-460 but he said 400 would be too small and not give the look I want
He said the 460 would be possibly to have but I'd look ridiculous and top heavy
So we agreed on 425cc
I figured he's the surgeon he's done 100s before me so listen to his advise
My recovery is going well
Just the sleeping upright is playing on my back
If I were you I would settle for the middle implant 350s not too big or small But again listen to your surgeon If he's good he'll advise u correctly
When is your surgery and have u been taking your arnica tablets to help with swelling and bruising
I started a week before surgery and still take them now .
I just can't wait for them to drop !!
I can't wait to see what yours look like

The pictures are making me crazy, 300cc look different on each person that's why I'm so anxious right now. He will bring 340 and 360 to the BA day and we will decide then.. I am taking vitamins and iron right now, I am also training more my back to help with the pain afterwards, try heat pads they help! I will start the arnika and other stuff to help with swelling and bruising 3 days pre op

So u have a small base width then if you're only in the 300s . As I said before just go with what he says and if he says the 360 won't make u top heavy then just go for it!!
I have no idea how these will look but I'm trusting him to know that they'll fill out nice and big without making me look ridiculous as he said the 460s would!
Are yours moderate plus or high profile ?
My surgeon override the last one who did my consult and said moderate plus would never have given the look I wanted so he dropped 420 high profiles into my chest ..
