Do not convince yourself to go here.
1) I had complications (capsular contracture, which I was told by catchlife they have NEVER had when I asked about complications before the surgery - stupid me for believing it before the surgery when it actually carries a risk of 30% - was never informed of this or ANY other risk or anything explained properly - given 3 minutes with the surgeon Kamil Manav before the op to decide size which we both had different ideas about. Also developed lateral displacement and have been completely ignored by the surgeon and quoted another £3700 by catchlife who admits their surgeon doesn't know any techniques to fix it
2) Forced me to sign papers in turkish and refused to supply proper translation - their translator translates around 1 sentence per 5 pages so I had no idea. This was incredibly upsetting.
3) My pain arising from the CC has been completely ignored and I have simply been eventually told to get an ultrasound in the UK at my own expense
4) Been ignored by the company and surgeon for months even when they are clearly online. No wonder he didn't post my results as he is not proud of them!
5) was never given any after care after the surgery despite asking them for written aftercare. For example, was never told to sit up to sleep, never told to massage or how to do it properly.
6) My co-ordinator never showed up to the pickup or at all during my visit. It was someone else in a hoodie who didn't even introduce herself. Another nice co ordinator was sent near the end of my trip in place of mine but I wasn't allowed to keep communication with her because my actual co-ordinator who I never saw, Mari, cared more about her commission. I also didn't get the full amount of aftercare checks as per my package because the surgeon 'was at a conference'.
7) They ripped off my incision tape 2 days after surgery, when it hurt he simply told me 'don't look at the nurse look at me'. Now i'm on bustmob (join it - it's a great resource that I wish I had before) I now see that surgeons don't usually remove the tapes until 2 weeks after. This resulted in me having horrific scarring as it ripped the scab off.
I wish I never went here.
