I decided a little over a year ago that I wanted implants. My breasts were super deflated from breastfeeding. Before kids, I wore a 34d bra and at my pre-op appt, I measured as a 32b. I was insistent on over the muscle because I'm very active with my upper body and didn't want to worry about the animation deformity. I chose saline, so that I had a peace of mind in case of a rupture. I just didn't quite feel secure to get silicone implants and felt it was best to trust my gut. I have a BWD of 14 and am 5'8 and 130 lbs. I got 650cc overfilled to 690cc. I wanted to write a review to help others who may be obsessing like I did.
