Botched - my right boob is way lower than my left boob

I need some guidance or some advice please.
It had been 17 years since my last breast Augmentation surgery so I treated myself to another one this year in February. My dr is a very popular doctor and is the same dr who had done my last augmentation, because I trusted him and his prices were reasonable.
I got saline implants. I wasn’t satisfied so I went 2 months later to the same dr to get a saline fill. Another cost, closer to $3000.
My right boob is way lower than my left boob so when I had my 2 week follow up, dr said to give it a month
I went a month later and told him of my concerns and he recommended a breast lift because my right breast was naturally lower than my left.
During my consultation, he convinced me that I did not need a breast lift.
I feel as if my right breast is leaking or misplaced. I have pain under my right arm down to my elbow.
The dr and his nurses tell me that only a breast lift on that right breast will help.
My concerns have fallen on deaf years. What can I do?
Do I get a 2nd opinion?
Do I ask my PCP or gynecologist for advice?
Do I talk to an attorney?
All I want is my right breast to look more symmetrical to the left breast than it is now.
Am I just out the money and just go to another surgeon?
Do I make a bad review on the dr’s social media ? It would be an honest and accurate review, so I could not be accused of defamation.
Any suggestions?

Not satisfied with my breast augmentation. I went back for a breast lift on the affected breast. After the revised surgery, there was some improvement, but since the surgery, only a few months ago, the right breast has dropped again. If in fact, a breast lift was done, I am not sure why the right breast dropped again. Staff has not provided my records to me or my PCP's request at this time.

I think get a second opinion, it doesn't look right at all to be so much lower than your other breast and the shape is different as well, especially the top part. He is supposed to make them symmetrical. And if you are getting pain, something has gone wrong. A breast lift is quite a big procedure and you only want to do it if you have to - and if you do, maybe don't go to him and get it done, he would probably just make them even worse. Maybe you could just email your photo to one or more surgeons and ask because a good one should be able to tell you just by looking at that photo if something has gone wrong. Also on a completely different subject - can I ask your opinion - I am looking at getting mine redone (have a rupture in one of them), how long did you have off work - my doctor said I would need to take 2-3 weeks which is very difficult for me as I do all the admin and phones at my work and they don't have anyone to cover for me so I was thinking of just taking one week off - I literally just sit at my desk and I don't have to lift anything or move around that much - did you find after one week you would be able to go back to work?

Thx so much for your reply,
I only took one week off but I still felt sore and uncomfortable the 2nd week. I felt sore as if I had worked out. If you think you can tolerate being sore, one week should be ok.

Are the implants under the muscle? Normal this happens then the implant are above the muscle. Doctors usually recommended for under the muscle surgery, and silicone. I would definitely look for a second opinion before let this doctor to touch me again. Good luck sweetie!!!

It’s been 6 months since I have posted
The original surgeon offered a breast lift for the lower breast and I accepted.

I see very little improvement but can tell you,
It does not appear to have been a breast lift.

I’ve complained to the medical board but have not heard back.

I wish I could name this doctor but I may have to check with an attorney first .

He is in San Antonio, Tx and is very popular because he is known to always go bigger than what the patient wanted.

I have no complaints about the size, but obviously he takes no pride in his work.

In the meantime, I plan to go to a different surgeon, to fix his poor work, and once I get permission to do so, I will name him on this website.

I thought I had done my research carefully, obviously I should have researched further.

Not great. I was not satisfied with my augmentation. I went back and dr suggested a breast lift one one breast. I had the “breast lift” surgery on the one breast, so I thought.

It’s been 7 months and the breast that supposedly had a lift, dropped again.

I have requested my records so that I can take them to have a revision surgery with a different plastic surgeons and as of today, have not received them. These records were requested in June.
