5’10 140LBS 29Years Saline implants through belly button

I have always loved big boobs since I was a pre-teen. Unfortunately, I was a late bloomer and big boobs were never in the cards for me lol. My best friend got a saline umbilical BA with Dr. Kim about 6 years ago and her results look great and she never had any complications. My best friend was recommended by her cousin that had a BA and nose job with Dr. Kim. So knowing two people personally that came out of surgery alive and well with great results I felt safe in Dr. Kim’s hands. 
I finally had decided I wanted to invest in my image/self and get a BA. I had a consult with Dr. Kim in 2017. As soon as he walked in he pointed out the difference in my breast folds and suggested saline implants. I felt the saline implants and thought it felt like a water balloon and didn’t like it actually I hated it. I like how straightforward and to the point Dr. Kim was and I liked how he noticed the difference in my chest immediately. His office was so nice and covered with models and porn star looking models that had personally autographed photos to him on the walls. I loved it! I ended up putting my BA plans on hold or just out of the window completely bc I let other peoples opinions or maybe a person I was dating at the time told me I didn’t need it so I decided to stay natural...
Flash forward to 2020: on my self-love journey, I finally pulled the trigger and booked my surgery date for February 2021. After waiting all these years I was overly excited to set the date. I emailed Dr. Kim and I was surprised by how fast he responded to my emails. He responded within one hour of my emails. I didn’t need a consult in person again because I was already sure he was the doctor I wanted. I emailed him some photos and I don’t know if a lot changed in those 3 years but he recommends that I might want to do a donut lift bc I have some slight dropping. Honestly, I was kind of offended and wanted to cry lol ... I hadn’t even breastfed or anything and I’m 29 with small boobs I never had thought in a million years I would need a lift !!?? 
After I calmed down I realized he’s a professional and he’s just giving his medical opinion so I got over it. I was and still and very admit that I do not want any type of lift at all. I do not want any kind of scar on my breast that’s why I’m choosing saline and going through my stomach. He quoted me 9,000 for saline, 10,100 for silicone, and 11,000 for gummy silicon. A crescent lift would be $1000 more and a donut lift would be $2000 more. It was $500 to book a date.
After emailing the doctor I called the office and I said I was calling to pay my deposit and book a date, the woman that answered said she doesn’t process payments and she will have the person that does call me back. I waited .. and waited ... a couple of hours no call back yet I was getting anxious. I’m not really a patient person at all. So I called the office back, they immediately placed me on hold I waited for over 20 mins and no one ever came back to the phone. So I called again. The phone was answered and I was placed onto a hold again. I just hung up. I waited a couple of hours and called AGAIN .. this time The person that answered the phone didn’t even answer the phone and say “hello this is Dr. Kim’s office can I place you on hold “ she just put me on hold ( I am assuming they had caller ID and saw it was me AGAIN and were probably annoyed ) At this point I was kind of pissed off... I think I may have tried calling back like an hour later and the woman answered the phone and placed me on hold again. Each time I was placed on hold I waited for over 15 mins. So I just emailed Dr. Kim directly and told him I was ready to book my date and he got back to me immediately and let me know that he forwarded my email and contact information to Christina and Grace. 
The next morning they both emailed me and I was able to schedule my date with Christina. Again I’m not a patient person and another part of the reason I chose Dr. Kim for my doctor because I defiantly wanted quality aftercare and be able to contact my doctor with any questions or concerns. 
I’m excited and counting down the days! My surgery is less than 10 weeks away. I’m more nervous about getting this Covid nose swab than the actual surgery. 
I’ve posted my wish photos, I’m hoping to go really big. I trust Dr. Kim completely and wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. You get what you pay for.

I picked February for my surgery date because my 30th birthday is in May ????

Unfortunately I had to post pone my original surgery date because there was a death in the family . I wasn’t personally close to the person but my caretaker for after my surgery was . I notified Dr. Kim’s office I wasn’t going to be able to go through with their original date and I was shocked out of my mind when they refunded me my deposit ! I was not expecting that AT ALL . I was so happy and it made me feel even more sure that I had picked the right doctor and practice to go to. Definitely was under the impression that the deposit was nonrefundable under any circumstance but I was wrong.

I rebooked my surgery and I am scheduled for APRIL 6TH 2021 !!!! I AM SO EXCITED !!!
