Rude Staff
I went in to see Yates for a consultation, waited 30 minutes to be called back & another 20 just to see the doctor. The nurse was very stand-offish and told me I had to get saline breast implants because of my age, which is not true. Yates seemed seemed very dismissive because of my age. Very disappointing because the pictures of his work is great. Keep in mind at this point I had already decided I was getting a breast augmentation, I was deciding who my doctor would be. Considering its something I have to go under the knife for, the attitude of my doctor and staff play a huge part in my selection.
