Amazing results but not implant size I wanted, was 32C & look like C cup

I had my procedure 8/1 and I am healing beautifully. I may come back later with a follow up after some time however going on 3 weeks post surgery and my breast look amazing. When I arrived to preop, I didn't realize you do not meet with the actual Dr. until right before your surgery. During this consultation with took about 5-10 minutes, Dr. Freiman was pleasant, nice. When we discussed my size preference, I shared a wish pic and my desired size range in CC (400-450 cc).My goal was a nice D cup ( Not small - large) as I am small framed. I used a wish pic of someone similar in frame and in size to me. When I woke up, my implants were not in that range at all. He gave me 365cc implants. Although they look nice, they are not want I wanted and are SMALL. I am being told to give it time to settle however they are settling well, and look like a C cup.. I WAS A 32C pre-op..... Now I have to go back in the future to get surgery AGAIN , pay again just to get the size I WANT. I really wish I was told what size he is going to use that way I could have possibly avoided 2 surgeries. I ASKED and was told to trust the surgeon he know what he is doing. In addition, during recovery and post-op I asked why I was given smaller implants and NO ONE would give me a clear answer. I do recommend this Dr and my results are very beautiful however when you are getting a cosmetic procedure for implants because you want larger breast, that should be done. If the result isn't possible, that should be disclosed because I could have made other arrangement and/or mentally prepared to have small boobs STILL. Also, I cannot get them exchanged now in which I would love to before the ones i dont (Current implants) settle and heal. I really would just love to speak to my surgeon following the procedure to understand why this selection was made.
