3 weeks post-op - feel like my right isn’t as fluffed out

I’ll be 4 weeks on April 9. At 3 weeks my surgeon said I didn’t have to wear my surgical bra anymore and it’s okay to wear a sports bra or no bra.

Do my breast look normal? Is the little rash on the left under boob normal to stretching skin?

I feel like my right isn’t as fluffed out(side boob) as my left breast has a side boob, my right breast still has dropping to do which I’m sure will fluff out as it is very early in my healing stage.
