Quest for XL Implants

I am currently a few days away from reaching my XL implant goals, with the expectation of 1800cc’s minimum and 2000cc’s max. I am scheduled with Dr. Pelletiere in Barrington Illinois, which is about an hour outside of Chicago. I had my initial consultation back in August and finally booked for June 18th, 2020. I had two previous breast augmentations both at CG Cosmetics. The first was with Dr. Freiman with 590cc’s and the second with Dr. Krau with 1200cc’s. Both doctors were also terrific outside of CG Cosmetics but when going as large as I am, I needed to find a surgeon who could get me there. I found Dr. Pelletiere after joining a forum with other like-minded women and realizing that I wanted a surgeon in my area with whom I would have access to further down the line. Pelletiere has been beyond informative and realistic about my expectations which I greatly appreciate. Our goal is to go through the nipple with under the muscle placement and if I find that I want to go bigger later I will also have that option going this route. Every question or concern I had he answered and his response time is impeccable. I can’t wait to reach the other side and give an even more detailed review.

I am just over a week post op from surgery and I feel absolutely amazing as my recovery was a breeze compared to my first two. I had little to no pain and was able to get through with just muscle relaxers and Tylenol if I needed. The day I arrived my mom dropped me off as I was a bit nervous since no one was allowed in with me due to Covid but I couldn't have been more at ease. I already filled out my patient forms and printed them and paid my balance and before I knew it I was in a gown talking to Pelletiere about the things we already discussed meaning he'd keep going as long as my body could take it. IT WORKED!!!!! I reached my 2000cc goal and the way he eased me into the procedure I had no clue it was all done until I was being wheeled away and given post op instructions. Pelletiere's bedside manner is impeccable and I can't wait to go back to him in a few more months (yes, boob greed has kicked in). I wish more than anything that I'd found him before this because trust me when I say I will not let another surgeon besides him touch my boobs again. I have 800cc mentor moderate plus shells overfilled to 2000cc's. I am planning for at least another 500cc's but 1000cc's might also be a goal in the future. My boobs look amazing and I just can't wait for the drop and fluff so I can really so his beautiful work. I had my incisions placed through the nipple so I have been keeping the scaraway silicone sheets over them just to keep them protected and my dragonfly recovery bra keeps these babies nice and tucked so they aren't heavy at all on me.

I had my post op with Dr. Pelletiere on Thursday and he says I’m doing fine and everything looks great. I am scheduled to go back in September to gauge where I’m at and hopefully for a refill but it all depends as my implants begin to soften up. It could be 3 or 6 months so I’m staying on top of my massages and arnica gel. My scars look absolutely amazing for being one month post op (scaraway is my go to) and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Can’t wait to go bigger so keeping my fingers crossed for September.
