WORTH IT
Officially one week post op with my new girls! Overall pain is very minimal (2/3 out of 10) I am still sore but it has subsided drastically. My mobility has gotten a lot better as well. I am able to shower and get dressed comfortably (but slowly). I still am not doing any reaching or lifting however I can do my hair. ( baby steps!) I have taken pictures daily to track my progress and alreasy such a difference from day1. My breast are becoming more shaped and have dropped slightly.
Overall this has been an amazing experience so far and I am so so happy I did it!

Day 3 Post Op

Had my surgery with Dr Engel on 1/27. The first day I was still kinda out of it from the anesthesia but not nearly as painful as I was expecting. I went to the office to see Dr Engel for my one day post op.. he informed me he decided to go with the 450cc implant instead if the 485cc due to the size of my pocket and to avoid any possible stretch marks. So far I am beyond happy with my experience. Pain is about a 5/10, and more so uncomfortable than painful. I was able to shower and snag a look at my breast. Still sitting very high (as expected) but I do see change in them daily. Being someone who is very active and goes to the gym daily the worst part is not being able to work out, but I know it’s going to be worth it! I will keep everyone posted on how I am doing!

Thanks girl! So far so good! This has been such a good experience
I went 485 but I had NO BOOBS to start out with and I was able to go that size without any stretch marks. Looking forward to seeing your end results! Keep us posted. Also, would love to see what you looked like pre-op. Happy healing!!
Hey girl! Yes I will post my pre op boobs lol ( those sad little babies lol ) I had very very little tissue as well. I always wore a very padded bra and barely filled out a B cup. How long into you recovery are you? any tips as I go along
I’m at two years now. This site helped me out tremendously so I’ve been paying it forward and helping others along the way.

The best thing to do is be patient along to healing process and enjoy the journey. Also, keep up with massages and treating the scar.

I also found myself being a harsh critic of my boobs post op. We tend to observe every change and flaw in them and they are sisters, not twins, so they will be a little different…and that’s ok!

1 Day Pre Op

I have wanted to have a breast augmentation for years however I was always very nervous to do so. After meeting Dr Engel I knew I had found the right doc and it was time! He is 1000% worth the wait. My consult was so informative, and he was so great with guiding me along my implant selection. I ended up choosing High Profile Silicone 450ccs. Surgery is tomorrow! I will keep everyone posted with some before and after photos and my recovery !
