I have finally scheduled my breast augmentation for April 10th, 2020! I have always been a 32A and after having two kids and breastfeeding both of them I no longer fill out my bras and could probably pass for 32AA. I had a consultation with Dr.Mandell-Brown in Montgomery, OH and he made me feel so comfortable with my decision to go forward with my surgery. He is known for his natural look approach. I am so excited for my upcoming surgery and excited to share my journey!

Before Pictures

Here are some before pictures. After breastfeeding I have lost most of my fullness (wasn’t much there anyways) and now I don’t even fill out my 32A bras. Hoping to add around 3.5 to 4 inches to my bust, which would put me in between a full C and small D. I also included a picture of my measurements. He told me I am a perfect triangle and therefore I have more options. I originally told him I was looking for just a full 32C, but he said with my measurements I could go up to a D and still look proportionate!

You’re almost exactly the same size I was. I went with Natrelle 325cc full profile and now I wear a 32 DD in Victoria secret sizes! They still look very natural, though! The cup size is just because there is so much projection with the full profile. If you want the most natural look, ask for a moderate/moderate-plus profile implant and go a little bigger than I did- around 375. I think you’ll look fabulous after! Good luck!

I'm hoping for a 32D or close to it! Thanks for the tip!

I'm scheduled for April 10th also! As long as the Corona virus doesn't delay my date that is. I'm also looking at having a large c small d but think I have just a tad more tissue then you. I birthed 1 child and breast fed but recently lost about 40 lbs so my skin is a bit more loose than yours.

How exciting! My surgery is scheduled for 11am and I really hope they don't postpone it due to everything going on.

I hate to even put this in words but my surgeon's called and canceled my preop today. They said they're closing for st least 2 weeks but I'm still holding out hope that some how, some way they will open again and still do my surgery on the 10th. I am literally feeling crushed right now.

Awh, I'm sorry to hear that :( I'm hoping nothing changes with mine. If he operated in a hospital mine would probably be postponed, but he has his own operating suite in his practice.

My surgeon has her own suite too, she said they were asked to stop because of demand on supplies.

Ah, that makes sense!

Thank you so much for sharing your journey! Your breast look amazing! I'm a 32A/B or 34A. I also had two kids who I breastfed. Mine look way more deflated though! You're so lucky. Just wondering how he measured and figured out you were a perfect triangle? My preop is scheduled for 4/15th and my surgery will be 4/23. My doctor won't measure me until the preop so I've been worried not knowing them. My doctor recommends mentor moderate plus or moderate plus xtra profile and is guessing about 375ccs or 400ccs to achieve my wish pic. I was surprised since I thought I'd be more like 330-350 ccs and afraid I'll be too big!

Wish Boobs

Raven9715
Each day I get more and more excited for my surgery! Today I made a vision board that my surgeon wants me to bring the day of surgery. A board consisting of pictures of breasts I think are too small on the left, just right or perfect in the middle, and too big on the right. So in spirit of finishing my board I figured I would upload some "wish boobs"!

Your boobs turned out perfectly! Just curious - where did you find the first two photos? They're my exact wish boobs and I am looking for the actual post! Thanks :)

Thank you! I believe I found them on breastimplantsbymentor.com under patient results. The second picture is actually here on RealSelf too: https://www.realself.com/photo/977626
