WORTH IT
4 months seems like a long time, I can’t believe I had my surgery that long ago!
I’m a little on the fence on how I feel right now. I LOVE my new boobs with clothes on and when I can take just the right picture but my right breast has completely fallen out of its pocket and moves so far into my armpit when I lay down. I’m so upset about it. My doctor confirmed the problem but made it seem like it was no big deal and not fixable. Or that if I do a revision it MIGHT not fix the problem. I’m so upset it happened so early. I noticed it at around 8 weeks post op. I was looking forward to wearing sexy bikinis this summer but now I’m embarrassed to lay down flat on my back. I’ve read 100s of reviews on here and it seems like this is a problem that happens after years of having your implants, not 2 months post out.
Overall, I’m still happy I had the surgery. I really just hope I can get the problem fixed and that it won’t be too expensive or that bad of a surgery because my husband can’t take time off again to take care of our 4 kids. I’ve my doctor doesn’t seem more serious about the problem at my 6 month follow up I plan on getting a second opinion!
Stats: 325 CCs Natrelle soft touch implants under the muscle.

One of mine is doing the same thing! I haven't gotten it confirmed yet (6-month appt. In a couple weeks). So frustrating. You look great!!

Thank you! I’m hoping to get my resolved ASAP, I can’t stand it. I didn’t think it would be something I’d have to worry about so early on. I really wish I could get them moved in closer together as well. They don’t touch in the middle at all unless I’m pushing really hard from the sides. When I asked my doc about it, he said it’s just my anatomy. I don’t agree though because when I breast fed, and they were full with milk, they met in the middle with no effort at all.

Maybe I’m just being picky and should be happy? I don’t know. They are 100 times better than what I started with, that’s for sure!

was it Dr. Goldsmidt that di your breasts? They look amazing by the way. But I read about your concern, and it concerns me that he is not more concerned, because I just scheduled to have mine done with him as well. Please do keep us updated. Thanks for sharing your journey.

I got a revision 4 months post op because of lateral placement and double bubble — so my surgeon covered the revision surgery. I’m still healing from the revision, and they look totally different. I always knew I’d have a wide gap because of my anatomy and I wasn’t going with massive implants to close the gap. But I’m certainly glad I went with the revision. I still think I look weird naked, and I’m not sure if I “love them” yet, but at least in a bra/clothes they look good!

I just had mine done on St. Patricks day by doctor Goldschmidt. So far I am so happy. My left breast has always been bigger than my right and he tried a smaller implant in it first so it has been more sensitive to any pains than the other. It also has a slightly different shape but nobody can notice it but me. Larger breasts will make those imperfections a little more obvious.
I also have read women's reviews on here that say their breast don't reach their final destination for almost a year! I think you look great and maybe now that you have some meat there this is just the way your body carries it?? Idk I think you'll still look amazing in a bikini!

8 weeks post op

I haven’t posted an update in a while so here’s some pictures. I’m 3 days away from being 8 weeks post op.
I LOVE MY BOOBS! I am so happy with them. I do feel like there is too much side boob and they don’t come together in the middle but they look natural, in my opinion. My left breast is super slow in dropping but it’s better every week. Most of the pain is gone, except for random zips and burning sensations. They are getting softer but don’t feel natural, in that they don’t bounce or giggle if I jump. I’m not sure they will ever get that way because I started with zero boobs and very little tissue....I guess we’ll wait and see.
Also, when I’m wearing cloths, they don’t look big at all. But when I take my clothes off they look huge lol. But when I try to take pictures, they don’t look huge, just normal. Lol it’s strange. But again, I really really love them. They really fit my body perfectly!

What bra size did you end up with? They look AMAZING! I’m so jealous

Thank you so much! I love them so much, I can’t help myself, I touch them all day long lol. I haven’t been measured yet. When I went to Victoria secret the fitting rooms were still closed and the sales associates weren’t allowed to measure you, you have to do it yourself. They said with my numbers I’m a 32C. I only bought one bra, I guess it fits me but it feels really tight. I’ll go back in a couple months and get measured again. I don’t even wear a bra so there’s isn’t a rush!

They look great! I definitely recommend going to Nordstrom and getting sized rather than VS. When I went to VS the girl said I was a 32C and I really didn't think so because the bra just did not fit but she said that I needed to let it "get used" to my body lol.... then when I went to Nordstrom the lady spent a lot more time with me and turns out I am a 32DD. She put me in a bra she recommended which felt amazing and was properly fit with no issues. I read online that a lot of people have bad measurements taken at VS which is why I did both just to see.

Thank you so much! It’s the best decision I’ve ever made! The only regret is waiting so long, I already feel “old” - I’m 34.

I’m happy for you! You won’t be disappointed :)

Thank you :) no physical discipline here though, I eat like a fat kid - I just have a fast metabolism.

LOL -- well that's one more thing to be jealous of :)

I have almost exact same pre-body and this gives me hope. I don’t want them to look gigantic and fake but I feel like I have always wanted at least a b cup. What were you pre? I am 30, B

What size are you getting? My biggest fear was them being two circles on my chest, looking like a porn star lol I know some people want that look...I did not - Especially being a mom to 4 kids. They look very natural! I love that I can make them look normal or put a push up bra on and they look huge! I don’t know my before size, I was flat and only wore
Sports bras. I just love them!

18 days post op

Hey ladies!

18 post op and things are going okay. I do have hypersensitive skin and nipples, thank God for silicon nipple covering! My doctor has me still wearing just the compression band with no bra, the consent movement of fabric on my skin and nipples was really irritating things so the nipple covers have helped as well has a double shirt to keep things from moving so much.

I got my stitches out at 2 weeks and my scars are okay looking, I thought they’d be more flat and not as dark and scabby. The doctor didn’t seem concerned when I sent him pictures so that’s good!

I LOVE the size and how they look with clothes on!

My biggest worry is my left breast, I’ve noticed it from very early on. It isn’t dropping. There’s this straight diagonal line that’s on the side, almost like the line is preventing my breast from dropping and moving to the center. My doctor said he didn’t see it. I am really frustrated about that part, as it’s very obvious in the picture I’ll post. I see him again in a couple of days so we’ll see what he says.

Overall I’m still very happy! Just patiently waiting for them to soften up and drop and fluff!! It’s funny, sometimes they look huge and other times not big at all, maybe because I’m just getting used to them?

Thank you so much! It’s definitely a slow road, I just need to learn to be patient!

I think you look fantastic! I'm having mine done in 3 weeks and I'm 5'7", 125ish lbs. I'm starting with a small B, landed on 225 cc at my consult, and hope to be a large C-cup when done with a more natural look. Thankyou for sharing. I am agonizing over whether or not to go bigger but if I look anything like your result after my BA, I'll be a happy lady!!

Hey there! I’m 5’5, 115 lbs. When I meet with the doctor the first time he suggested 275 ccs. By the 3 time meeting we agreed on 325, I’m glad I went bigger. I didn’t want to go back and have them done again because I wasn’t happy with the size. They are pretty big on me though, I probably would have been fine with the 275. I started with nothing though! I’m really looking forward to them moving in closer so I can get a better cleavage, they are pretty far apart.
