WORTH IT
Long story short: I LOVE DR. MOK! Best surgeon ever!! Had a breast augmentation with implants. Under the muscle—dual plane, internal bra mesh, moderate plus, 375 cc as a 5’8 165 pound girl. Also did some lipo and a bbl so yes I am done up and yet everything looks so great and natural! You wouldn’t have guessed it if you saw me on the street. Him and the team are a full 5 stars across the board.
Long story long: Where do I even start….I live in NYC. I met quite a few doctors and paid for quite a few consults. I came in for a breast augmentation, liposuction, and maybe an bbl. After meeting Dr. Mok and his team, I immediately had an inkling he was the surgeon for me. I genuinely appreciate Dr. Mok’s bedside manner. He’s clearly knowledgeable and his approach is exceptionally bespoke, especially with implant selection. I appreciated that he asked for inspo photos before the consult, brought them up during the appointment, and was able to help me see the vision with his explanations. Over he made me feel very comfortable and had the best vibes. The biggest thing is he didn’t talk about hacking up my body w breast lift scars or doing excessive lipo every where.
I knew I wanted new boobs and I saw his beautiful work on IG. I used to have perky boobs but some weight fluctuations made my boobs not so perky and full any more. He told me about the internal bra and scarless breast lift (one of the main reasons I wanted to see him), and was immediately sold even if I didn’t say it out loud to him. Now, my boobs are the best looking boobs ever. Under boob scars are literally so small like nonexistent with the crease.
I was iffy about the lipo and bbl and I shared my concerns. My problem area really was just my flanks but kind of like my back as a whole. My stomach isn’t perfect but he told me my stomach wasn’t bad, let’s not touch it. Per his recommendation, we just did the full back and flanks and honestly I am SO THANKFUL we didn’t do my stomach at all. Not only bc looks wise but also I don’t think I could add another area of my body needing TLC.
Now to my butt. If you know anything about what makes bbls dangerous, then you’ll know you’ll only want a bbl done by a skilled surgeon w ultrasound guidance! My BBL came out exactly how I wanted. We filled my hip dips perfectly. I now have a fuller, heart-shaped bootydo. Fair warning, BBL swelling goes crazzyyy and nothing will fit at first but trust the process bc by week 3 or 4, I was lovingggg what I was seeing.
Now idk if it’s my luck or surgeons skill but my recovery wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Like honestly my Lasik(PRK) eye surgery I got done like a year or two before was worse than this. BUT doing your breast augmentation with lipo and a bbl AIN’T FOR THE WEAK either. You really gotta buy extra stuff to make sure you’re comfortable and to not compromise your investment. You’ll for sure need help the first like week or two. I bought a special mattress amongst other special pillows, wedges, and gadgets, etc. PLEASE if you have money for surgery, you better have money for the recovery care especially lymphatic massages. The lymphatic massages made my lipo swelling and bruising go down significantly in a week. Granted the first week I was cleared for massages, I did 6–yes 6 in one week alone. You just gotta push through the pain and keep doing them. I saw the doc I think like 9 days post op and I walked in standing straight, joyful as can be, moving and groovin bc I had everything I could possibly have to be comfortable. I seriously appreciated how attentive Dr Mok and his team is during the recovery. The doc will check on you, his assistants/nurses will check on you, the coordinators like everyone shows they care.
Anyways, I’m 6.5 weeks post op now. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my results. He’s seriously a phenomenal surgeon and I’m thankful I went with him! Go to him now before he starts charging celebrity prices bc the perfection is there. I literally couldn’t be happier with my results. I consensually show all my friends my boobs and my butt now like a freak bc I’m obsessed.
