6.5 weeks post revision

WORTH IT$5,800
Been feeling great but still taking it easy as far as lifting/movement that could cause any strain. Still wearing my post op bra 99% of the time because that’s how they feel the most secure. Super happy with my results! My surgeon knocked it out of the park!

Lemon they look so good after the revision! This is exactly what I want! Did you end up getting the pocket tightening? I didn't know this was even an option, but mine are far apart and constantly fall into my armpits. I hate it!
I did! He ended up putting sutures to close off the outer part of my pockets, and opening my pockets some medially (in the center). As you can see they sit much closer now, they also feel much more “secure” as in they don’t have that discomfort when in sleeping- which is amazing!

I don’t feel as though I look much larger in average tops (no one has noticed I got them redone). The change is only noticeable in low cut shirts, bikinis, and naked… which is exactly what I wanted!
Your whole journey is very useful and interesting and a great comparison for me, especially with your latest update

Im 40 yrs old, breastfed 2 times went from B cup to A cup (breast now similar to your before pics but much closer together)

4’11, 105 lbs
I think BWD is 11.5, under bust 25 to 26

So very similar stats, I want to be a D cup, and thought 300cc would get me there the other day I tried on 275cc, 300cc, 325cc & 350cc

The 275cc felt a little small the 350cc maybe a tad big but not crazy but I think the profile was moderate.

But looking at what you got, it's amazing how much 250cc gave you and then very interesting to see what 405 cc did

You almost doubled the size in CC but the size is kind of similar to what you had before as the extra volume is more just filling in things between the breast that looks great
Thank you! Let me know if you have any questions… glad my journey is helpful. I need to post some more side by sides in regular shirts. I don’t think I look that much more busty unless it’s low cut.
Hey, I got 300cc, wish I'd gone up to 350cc but my surgeon wouldn't go there with my measurements. I think he was overly cautious. I think, if you're on the fence, go with the bigger implant!
I can't see your before pics for some reason but your final result pic looks amazing.
They look sooooo good! Did the mod plus give more side boob? That's one thing I realise now that I'd like more of.
My surgeon said max 300cc hp for me.
Is it a thing where you can go bigger on subsequent surgeries?
I'm reluctant to do anything now, but maybe down the line...
Thanks so much! I’m really glad I did the revision. I’ve always had lots of side boob just due to my breasts naturally kind of sitting to my sides a bit. I still have a good amount since these new implants are 2 cm wider than my old ones.

I don’t know if my surgeon would have allowed me to go with this size initially or not. It wasn’t a discussion since I wanted to go small when I had my first surgery. We never really discussed a max size back then.

3 days post op

I love how they’ve turned out!! I’m feeling pretty good! Only pain is along my sides where I think my surgeon may have needed to do some sutures. All in all recovery is going smoothly and I’m just so excited to see how these turn out as they heal. Don’t have many pics because I’m keeping my post op bra on 24/7 so these gals stay where they’re supposed to be!

Revision next week (405mod+ Xtra)!

Nerves are REALLY kicking in. At my 1 year post op appointment I decided to move forward with another surgery. We discussed pocket tightening with sutures into my chest wall. Since I was having surgery anyway I asked about exchanging implants at the same time- my surgeon said that’s fine. I tentatively chose 350cc HP.

Fast forward to my consultation, I decided to do 405mod+ Xtras instead of the 350hp. I want the extra 2cm of width to hopefully fill out my chest better. However, the major downside is that I may not be getting the pocket tightening after all since these are so much wider (which the pocket tightening was the main reason I was even considering a 2nd surgery in the first place, switching implants was secondary to that since I was getting surgery anyway). I trust my surgeon 1000%… I know he will make these look amazing on me. It does still make me nervous that I’m no longer getting the pocket work I’d originally planned my surgery around, but I know my surgeon knows best and I just need to try to relax and let him do what he does best. He will be opening g my pockets some medially which hopefully will help them sit closer even without the sutures on the outside (although he did say he’d put sutures in if he thinks I need them once he gets the implants in). It’s unnerving going under not knowing exactly what he needs to do, but again I trust him to make the best call! Every hour I go between excited and nervous!

I never really did goal pics before because I don’t think I really knew what I wanted. Now that I’ve learned so much after getting mine, I have a better idea. The collage is what I’d want in a perfect world, but I am pretty sure my anatomy just won’t allow for mine to sit like theirs (I’m focused on how they sit, not so much on their size). The 2nd set is me with markings done by my surgeon beside what I think might be a more reasonable possibility based on his markings (just looking at how hers sit and not so much the size). Her gap looks fairly close to how I think he drew on me, but again I know it’s hard to predict the outcome. I know my new ones will definitely sit a bit closer and better fill out my natural breasts- so I’m very hopeful that I’ll be happy with the outcome! I’ll continue to update my journey!

Wish there was a way to edit my post! I have no idea if anyone is even reading these, but I’m hoping my journey will be of help to other (particularly petite ladies) with similar body type to mine. It’s both rewarding and stressful (and expensive!) so I Hope sharing my experience may be helpful!
I’m reading! And was ready your first surgery to start…. Ok so let me get updated. You went with how many CCs to start, then they ended up being too small? I have a feeling I’m going to think any sizers around or above 250cc are going to make me look too top heavy, I also like having my small frame. But I’ve heard noob greed is real. Hah what do you suggest?!?
I’m glad this is hopefully helpful!!

Honestly I still feel mine are large on me and don’t actually want bigger boobs… however I just am really self conscious about how far apart they are. I don’t like how I look nude, or in bikini tops, or in most lingerie (unless it has push up). I initially was only going to get another surgery for pocket tightening to help with how they fall to the sides when I’m laying down and to hopefully help them sit a little more front and center. I then decided I might as well also swap for a wider (same projection, just wider) implant to also help fill out the middle of my chest. That’s how I ended up with the 405mod+. They have the same projection as my current implants, but are 2cm wider.

I admit I’m starting to really panicking that I may be going too big. I’m locked in though as the implants have already been ordered… really hope I’ll be happy with the results in the end and the size different won’t be too noticeable in regular clothes).

What are your stats (height, weight, BWD)? I’ve seen 250 look really small on some ladies and big on others. It can be so hard to predict!
Hi Lemon! I just found your blog and it has been so helpful! I've actually had a breast augmentation, 350 ccs, but I have a small frame as well and I'm thinking about going a tad smaller. Everything you have talked about is spot on for me, they look good naked, but seem rather busty in tight clothes. Chat more soon when I have more time, but wanted to thank you for sharing your experience!
Good luck!!!
Thanks so much!
