A little over 7 months and still really happy! I’ve bought a few new bikini’s that I can’t wait to wear! Here are a few more recent pics, including some more side by side pics. I love that they have pretty much the same shape and projection as my others, but sit closer and better fill out my chest. Sleeping has still been so much better since the pocket tightening really has helped prevent them from falling so far to my sides like they used to. Overall still really happy with my results!

Been feeling great but still taking it easy as far as lifting/movement that could cause any strain. Still wearing my post op bra 99% of the time because that’s how they feel the most secure. Super happy with my results! My surgeon knocked it out of the park!

Im 40 yrs old, breastfed 2 times went from B cup to A cup (breast now similar to your before pics but much closer together)
4’11, 105 lbs
I think BWD is 11.5, under bust 25 to 26
So very similar stats, I want to be a D cup, and thought 300cc would get me there the other day I tried on 275cc, 300cc, 325cc & 350cc
The 275cc felt a little small the 350cc maybe a tad big but not crazy but I think the profile was moderate.
But looking at what you got, it's amazing how much 250cc gave you and then very interesting to see what 405 cc did
You almost doubled the size in CC but the size is kind of similar to what you had before as the extra volume is more just filling in things between the breast that looks great

Hey, I got 300cc, wish I'd gone up to 350cc but my surgeon wouldn't go there with my measurements. I think he was overly cautious. I think, if you're on the fence, go with the bigger implant!
I can't see your before pics for some reason but your final result pic looks amazing.
They look sooooo good! Did the mod plus give more side boob? That's one thing I realise now that I'd like more of.

Thanks so much! I’m really glad I did the revision. I’ve always had lots of side boob just due to my breasts naturally kind of sitting to my sides a bit. I still have a good amount since these new implants are 2 cm wider than my old ones.
I don’t know if my surgeon would have allowed me to go with this size initially or not. It wasn’t a discussion since I wanted to go small when I had my first surgery. We never really discussed a max size back then.

Hi! I’m 1 year post-op and planning a revision to swap my current 215ccs to either 350 or 380cc. I’m very similar stats to you, 4ft11 and 100lbs.

Hey!! Funny, I initially was planning to do 350, but after looking at the dimensions of the implants I decided on the 405’s because I wanted to get as much width as possible without the added projection. My bra size sounds insane, but I promise it isn’t as huge as it sounds… I’m measuring as a 28G/30F (I was a 28DDD/30DD with my 250’s and bought a few 30DD bras which fit perfectly but I haven’t yet bought any in my new size yet. I’m just wearing supportive sports bras and bralettes for now).
Having said that- my size increase really isn’t even noticeable in regular tops, but it’s definitely a big difference in bikinis, low cut tops, and nude… which is really exactly what I wanted. I’ll add an update with a few newer pics for comparison.
What are your goals for your revision? Just larger? Fuller? More cleavage? Your goals might influence the size and type of implants you choose. I’m glad this has been helpful! It can be a super stressful process!

I love how they’ve turned out!! I’m feeling pretty good! Only pain is along my sides where I think my surgeon may have needed to do some sutures. All in all recovery is going smoothly and I’m just so excited to see how these turn out as they heal. Don’t have many pics because I’m keeping my post op bra on 24/7 so these gals stay where they’re supposed to be!

I don’t feel as though I look much larger in average tops (no one has noticed I got them redone). The change is only noticeable in low cut shirts, bikinis, and naked… which is exactly what I wanted!
