Before & After Photos (Day 9)

$6,000
I finally get off all post-op medications and survived the dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and constipation after the surgery.
Now I feel like posting some photos! Initially I felt they are really big, but I started to get used to it and wait for them to “drop & fluff” and look a little less obvious.
My implants
- 225 cc teardrop mentor memory gel, moderate plus profile
- Dual plane technique
(I’m happy with the size! No boob greed at all, glad I didn’t go for 255 cc)
My Incisions
- Transaxillary (my PS said my implants are not big enough to fold and hide the scars under the boobs, so he went with armpits for the scars to look more natural in the long term)
My Stat
- 5’0”
- 85 lbs
- Thin, petite, athletic
- Previous bra size 30A-AA
My six packs are gone after 10 days of no workout + bloating from the surgery ????

Thank you for sharing your journey. I am almost same stats as you are and looking at options to go a little bigger. Hope you are healing nicely.
We also have the exact same stats (though I'm heavier than you)! My surgery was today and I got Mentor 225 cc implants too, memory gel moderate plus profile, dual plane, under the muscle, inframammary incision. Glad to see that there's someone going through almost the exact same thing with great results!
Dual plane should have some impact on chest muscle exercises. So update us when you start exercising again. Congratulations on your new boobs! They look great!
They are def perfect for your frame! Thanks for sharing your journey! ❤️
Any updates?? I got 225cc mentors too but my surgeon gave me round. I just started a review to document my journey you can follow on my profile if you're curious!
ORIGINAL POST

PETITE FRAME: 225 cc Teardrop Mentor Mod+ 5’0” 85 lbs

I have been reading a lot of reviews here on Real Self and found it really hard to find petite frame for a reference. So I’m writing this review for those tiny girls out there who are considering breast augmentation.

My Stat:
- 29 years old
- No kid
- 5’0”
- 85 lbs
- Petite frame + Athletic
- Bra Size: 30AA
- Clothes Size: 0-00, XXS-XS

I have always been flat-chest girl, wearing the smallest bra size and clothes size available. I started to get sick of adding so many extra padding to anything I wear, even the sport bra. I’m so flat that I can’t even fit into the small bra at VS.

So my goal is to have NATURAL looking boobs, A-B cup or really just to fill in the bra and look good in clothes. I don’t want other people to notice or making it so obvious that I have a boob job done.

Another concern is I’m a very active person. I play many extreme sports eg. Surf, rock climbing, snowboarding and I workout vigorously. So my first question at pre-op visit is “will the breast implant affect my performance in any sports?” And my PS confirmed it won’t. I will be able to return to all activities.

My original plan is to get the implant around 150-190 cc, but my surgeon highly disagreed as he worried it will make no difference lol.

After measuring my breast width, my PS suggested 255 cc teardrop implant moderate plus profile for a small C cup, but I insisted for smaller size, so we ended up at 225 cc.

Thanks for paying it forward and deciding to start a review for an underrepresented body type. Best of luck during your journey!
