I’m a little saddened that the displacement of the left implant worsened and causes discomfort, especially with pressure, I will be going in for a consultation hopefully this year if not next, the surgeon offered a reduced revision since it’s only one. But standing, they look terrific! I do wish I had some of the swelling and height from 3-6mo post op. Maybe I will save it for a later date.
I’ll try to post some from 6ish mo p/o later <3

Shape and size are a good fit to your frame, you could go up to 400/450 when and if you need a revision

You look great! Perfect size choice for you. Are the scars healing as you hoped? What did you use on those?

2.75 MO update?

Hi all!
Posting some new photos of nearly 3 months. It’s a little obvious to me that my right boob needs to settle a little more. My left boob (the one that is further away from my sternum when I lift my arms to my sides) has settled into a great shape and the nipple position looks normal. My right one makes them together look like that silly bacon-egg smiley face in Mulan’s breakfast (it sits lower), but it’s a waiting game. The sternum placement of my left boob still drives me crazy because it flops laterally about 1-2 finger widths more than my right from my sternum when I lie down but maybe once the muscle relaxes and they drop and fluff more in the next 3-6 months mark it’ll look/feel better.
Still haven’t found the right size bra but using a 28-30DDD/E or 28F for now. Underwire is so uncomfortable (digs into my sides) so I’ve been using XS sports bras to keep them supported.
I was a 32B before surgery, a 32D or 32DD before I lost weight and deflated to the 32B pre-op. Happy to be back to my size. I was debating pre-op on 250cc-350cc HP mentor silicone implants and settled on the happy medium at 300cc and not regretting a thing. I was a bit thin at 100lbs pre-op and wanted to gain weight, so I think it was a great size to grow with. It’s been an emotional roller coaster for sure, but my partner says they look more natural every day and though they weren’t previously a fan of implants or the “fake” look or feel, they have noticed a huge improvement in the hardness/feel, shape, and look since the initial stages. I’m happy to have a second opinion lol, and someone to keep me sane.
I ran out of my silagen silicone gel cream and have been using scar away silicone gel strips for the time being.
Not getting shooting pains anymore but I do feel ripples if I’ve been wearing a bra for a long time. I think those will go away with the settling process once the implant expands into the full pocket and the muscle relaxes instead of contracting it so much.
Sometimes I get these little white pimples where the suture was and I just pop them, i think they’re called spitting stitches. Also including pictures of my scars. They’ve discolored/hyperpigmented a lot less but the scar is still white.
No bras today, but will show off my new ones soon.

Love to see an update on how they've settled? As for your nipple placement it prob won't change much bc you were asymmetric before BA and BA only enhances our current breasts. A lot of times the asymmetry is made worse after enhancement. You have a lovely result as is and don't let the animation deformity bother you too much. I saw the question to the Dr. and they all gave great advice. Happy continued healing dear and thank you for sharing your journey with us. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello!
Good news! The left one isn’t migrating as much anymore when I raise my arm -Yay!! I posted my question and the surgeons mostly said it’s normal in the beginning and to give it time.
I did a little photo shoot for you all in some lingerie. The photos bent over are to show how the bras don’t really sit on my sternum, but maybe this will change. At first I thought the bras were the same size but then I realized why the red one fit a little better, it’s a 32DD.
There’s one tiny little persistent scab on the left that I’m just waiting for. Otherwise I’m scarring normally for me (white with hyperpigmentation surrounding it) that eventually goes away. You can see it in the photos, and I’ve already seen an improvement in the pigmentation over time.

Ahhhh never checked out her stuff. Thank you! Always open to discover other places for cute (and sexy) bras, tops, lingerie, etc! If you have any other items you love let me know girl! I’m always down for expanding my collection

Will do! Definitely want to try AP (agent provocateur) and my friend looooves Honey Birdette - both pricey but luxurious...
I’m trying out the Freya and Chantelle brands for sexy but not low-cut bras and got resized as a 28DDD/E/F on the abrathatfits.org sizing guide. The guide was helpful! UK sizes and brands are a lot more flexible.
The bras are cute but I like them a little more Demi cupped- will let you know when I find.

I know... I will buy them never lol, they’re just fun to look at.
The Chantelle and Freya bras are surprisingly comfortable even though I think they have the grandma cup that covers your whole boob, but that’s what makes them so comfy! The wire is awful though, I want to run screaming back sometimes to the sports/compression bras, but I forget I have the bras on after a while and it’s not so bad.

I read your back and forth on sizing in your May 19 (I think initial) post. How do you feel about it now that you are 6 weeks out? Wishing you went 250? Glad you picked 300 last minute? Or wishing you had gone up to the 350 sizers I see you tried out? I am still deciding whether or not to "take the plunge" but also torn on size. Anyway, you look great. happy healing!

Hello!
Not at all, I think they’re perfect. Not bigger nor smaller. Sometimes I think about wanting them smaller, but that’s because I’m not used to finding workarounds for clothes, and because they haven’t fully settled or softened. I think they will be perfect once they’re finished healing, I see them getting better every day.
I used a calculator on https://www.abrathatfits.org/calculator.php
That helped me resize. My rib cage measures 26-28 inches depending on the day, and re-sized at 28-30 DDD/E or 28F. It equates to a 34-36C. I’m still the same size in sports bras as I was before, as I desire the compression and support for them while they’re healing. They’ll start to hurt if I go too long without a compression bra and and I think it’s for the better, I don’t want them to drop any more, I think the position they’re in now is optimal for elongation of my torso, they would (by illusion) shorten it if they dropped too low, which I noticed in some other results and over time. For aesthetic and comfort purposes I will continue to wear my compression bra as much as possible, to keep them high and comfortable.
Sometimes it is uncomfortable to lie on my stomach if I’m not propped up on my elbows or don’t have a pillow underneath my stomach to offset the pressure. I can sleep on my side but always sleep best on my back.
I mention all these things that I consider in the after that might come to mind to you.
But I am happy with my size and confident I made the right decision when in the room. Trust your gut. If you think you’re holding back because you’re not used to being big, but would like to go bigger, do. I wanted the look of 300 and thought 350 would be a touch too big, and am glad I trusted my gut and the fact that Mentor sizers are generally pretty accurate. I am glad I asked my surgeon last minute and he agreed. His assistant said I could have gone bigger, but she wouldn’t have recommended it and neither would he, so I’m happy on all fronts and checks and balances.
I would ask your surgeon whether they think you’d need fat grafting (now or in the future) if you’re particularly thin, or have very little breast tissue, and don’t desire that top line in your boobs after BA. I don’t have it, mine are under the muscle, and I am pretty thin, but I wondered at some points whether they would look any better with it. Just a question, not a suggestion, since it does cost more money and may be prohibitive and unnecessary depending on your anatomy or future plans for your weight.
My best of luck. I’m confident you will make the right decision. Trust your gut but always know it’s an emotional roller coaster! I’m 2 months and a week out and I think the peaks and valleys may have finally settled, but find someone to talk to now who will support you and your craziness through the whole thing. No matter what. Always here if you have any questions. Thanks for enduring that long rant, I word vomited my considerations and advice :) You’ll do great, hun. I know it.

Thank for sharing your progress and wow yours have df very nicely from your Jun 15th post. This gives me a better feeling cus as of now I'm 2.4 wks po and I feel like mine'a maybe a bit uneven too. Did you do any messaging at all or sleeping a certain way to help your boobs even out? My Dr. suggested to keep my surgical band on but it makes me super itchy. Right now, I feel like I have the uneven boobs going on lol
July 31, 2020
Hi!
I didn’t get a band for my recovery, my surgeon doesn’t like the results it gives.
I personally started sleeping on my right side as soon as I could, wearing a tighter compression bra that kept them smushed together as I sleep, because in my mind it would help the left one settle more centrally. Whether that helped or not I’ll never know but I’m happy to report it migrates less now but is still annoying because I think the pocket is too big and it falls to the side more than the right one when I’m lying on my back.
I started gradually increasing how much compression I had on them with a new bra at first, and now sports bras, to keep them smushed together and higher. It just felt more comfortable to me. I don’t want them to drop any more and I want to try to help the left pocket heal centrally. This is in no way medical advice and I haven’t consulted with my PS, but this is what helped and felt good to me.
The uneven boobs - totally feel you. I thought my left one was so much bigger than my right one at first and you’re still early on so I would still give it some time. My unevenness in size got better, and the muscle needs time to relax to get a sense of the final position which will come between 3-6 months.
I will probably definitely be asking for an internal bra or capsulorrhaphy in the future if the left one persists like this.

Beautiful results ! Being patient is key . Sometimes they just need time to heal abs settle . Gorgeous ! Nice cc choice

The pictures from the front view, the right side of the photo is my left.
I also weighed 102lbs surgery day, and today I’m 97lbs (without the implants that’s 93.25lbs).
I know, I know! I’m trying to gain it back. Just a lot of work stress.
Hope this review is helpful!
