Surgery in two days! I’m very grateful for all the knowledge I got from here hence I hope my case can help someone who might be in similar situation. Flat chested all my life and it’s got sick of it.
I went to 3 consultation in NYC and found the PS I trust. I do dance& yoga a lot so my priority is “will not jeopardize active life style”. Basically people told me to go with something small.
I’m undecided between 225cc & 250 cc. Both looks quite significant on my poor flat chest????
I’m going with under muscle, smooth, round, silicone, Mentra. Guess I will make a decision tmr which Size to go with. Will document the journey here:)

We are very similar before pictures but I’m going for 450 cc on 12/6! Look forward to your updates

Will do! I’m only 5’3 so I am being really conservative in size hehe. Maybe too conservative!

I’m 5’3” too. We just decided today to go with 400 cc because apparently even though I weigh 100 lbs I have thin skin between my boobs and it would basically pitch a tent in the middle.

I say go for the 250, it’s going to look smaller when it’s hidden under your muscle.

i also am 5ft 2 in and weigh 100 and went with 240cc and yes at first it was omg they are so big but i am 12 weeks post op and very happy. they are dropping and not high on the chest like first few weeks. i am very active fitness person but I can tell you for sure I still haven't done yoga or any chest exercises and I did a bunch of reading from drs and they really suggested to wait a full year before doing heavy duty chest so the implants can really settle and heal so that is my advice to you is go easy and don't push the muscles in chest area. my BA looks natural and you can't tell that i have implants and that is exactly what i wanted and i also like the so many clothes just fit better so i am very happy. best of luck but go easy on chest exercises that require lots of muscle stress.

I just got out ladies! Still very loopy. My PS was so wonderful she held my hand when I fell asleep on the operation table! We went with 250cc she recommended it after seeing my wish pic, also coz I talked to my friends so were mostly convinced already. I looked at them right now they don’t look ridiculous at all.
Get someone to go with you! That really helped emotionally. I will post pics when I have a bit more strength:)
PS recommended drinking lots fluids and walk if I can. Also I can ice but not directly on skin.

I have an appointment with her. I have a similar build, would you mind sharing the picture that was your "dream picture?" I have a hard time finding celebrities with smaller boobs

I’m relieved it’s not big and of course start wonder if it’s too small, yes I wanted modest but is this like nothing?! They look so much smaller than the implants when I tried them on lol. Pain is manageable so far. Just so bored staying home????

(For me, going from zero-the in office sizers seemed huge too-they just stuck out so much!) As swelling goes down you will have more defined shape, and you may be quite surprised how they fill out. Try to rest and not worry at this point. So hard not to obsess!

Good luck everyone, I go for a downsize revision surgery tomorrow morning as well. I got 295 full profile in May and have been so unhappy and felt they were far too big for my 5’4” 110 pound frame. Downsizing to 240 moderate profile and worrying that is will still be too big.
