Petite, 200cc Implant

First week I felt like a hunchback but I'm good as gold now. Still a bit sore sometimes with how I turn but good. I'm pretty happy with the results so far.. still a little swollen and hard but my surgeon believes it will look amazing once it's done

I'm tiny! Like real tiny and after 3 kids I found that I had no fullness left. After going to a few places I found my surgeon but he believed I had high risk of symmastia. So had extra stitches to decrease the risk. I'm 40KG 150CM and very small framed.
My goals where just upper fullness so I can fit bras again. 200cc
