WORTH IT
First of all, thank you to all you ladies for sharing your experience on this site! I have been browsing thru this site since the summer and it has help me a whole lot! It is my turn to contribute a little bit and share my experience!
In my early 20s (before kids) I was really satisfied with my body. I have a petite frame but decent sized boobs for my body (32 full B). Since having 2 kids and breastfeeding for over 1 year each of them, my boobs just got so deflated and saggy! I’m 35yo and for the past two years, I have started to notice signs of aging so I finally decided to get my boobs done to feel younger and sexier! Hoping to be a full C.
I met with a few surgeons and decided to go with Dr. Sinno. I have researched a lot and he is one of the top surgeon in my area. At the consult he pretty much gave me a crash course on breast augmentation. It was very informative and helpful. I should’ve brought wishpics to him at the consult because his approach was to simply understand the look I am trying to achieve and he will make it happen. But I wasn’t 100% sure then if I was really going to proceed. I didn’t get much help in sizing from his assistant though. They just told me to bring some pictures on the surgery day and Dr. Sinno will make it happen! This made me really nervous as I didn’t know how I would end up looking, whether my wish pic would look too big or too small on me. But I knew that I just needed to trust him and that I was in good hands!
I got my surgery on Oct 17. 310cc round, smooth, moderate profile, under muscle.
Here are some pics before surgery.

Day of surgery

When I woke up from surgery, I had a really heavy chest and dry mouth. Asked for some water and drank and then instantly vomited everything I drank! Nurse said i probably overdid with the water (oups). The evening was a bit of a blur to me. I do remember having sharp pain on the right side armpit and really bitter taste in my mouth. Not much of an appetite as I was feeling nauseous so I barely ate. I also remember sipping on ginger-ale literally all night to get the bitter taste off of my mouth. So bad for my teeth!! Lol

I had stopped my pain meds by day 2 and stopped Tylenol by day 3. Pain was pretty much all gone at this point. Appetite was back but didn’t want to eat too much as I was so bloated and constipated! I look like I was 5 months pregnant! Doc says it’s normal from the anesthesia and the pain meds. Bloating can last up to 1-2 weeks!
At day 4 post-op, I went to the groceries store with my husband - I really wanted to get out of the house a bit. I was just walking around really slowly and felt so out of breath (as if I just did some intense exercise).
At day 6, I went to see my surgeon to get the bandage off. I was so excited to get it off as I had not seen my boob yet at this point but also because I felt so restricted from the tight bandage. After the doc took it off, I did not feel any less restricted. That’s when I realize it was just my skin pulling and not the bandage. Doc says it’s normal and my skin will need some time to adjust. I have had so trouble sleeping on my back and in a reclined position. I would wake up with sharp back pain. I did get the ok for my doctor to sleep on the side but I still did not feel confortable as I feel like I am putting too much pressure of my breast!
