6 week update!

WORTH IT
Been wanting to post an update for a while but never got the chance to get around. Went to my 6 weeks post-op visit on Nov 28th. My doctor says I’m healing really well and I actually look like I am 2-3 months post-op! He gave me the clearance to free the boob, no more bra required to sleep! He got me started on silicone gel scar cream and the massages.
I feel 99% of myself now! The last 1% is the occasional pain i feel on the inside where the scar is located. My surgeon says it’s normal as it is the sutures he put in and will eventually melt after 6 months!

Today is exactly 3 weeks post-op! Left side has started to drop... definitely much faster than the right side! Can’t wait until they drop some more!!
The tightness and back pain is almost all gone! Sleeping on the side still feels a little unnatural as the breast is still very hard.

Sleeping gets much easier with time. Hang in there, you are healing beautifully!

Hey! You’re posts are helping me so much! I am about 1 month post op and my right breast is dropping so much quicker than my left. It’s starting to make me feel self conscious wearing tight shirts bc it’s noticeable.

Today is 9 days post-op! I am pretty happy with the results so far! They feel very hard and stiff so i can’t wait until they drop!!
I feel so much better today though. Sleep is still painful but not as painful as the previous days. Also feel like the skin is pulling less and the tightness around my chest is going down. Incisions are so itchy...Started noticing some bruising on the right side.
