My First Surgery

Though it’s still pretty recent and I’m healing, my experience thus far has been great. Dr Richards came recommended by a couple friends and I’m glad I was on his wait list. The office staff was always happy and friendly and quick to respond via text. My only pitfall was with my patient coordinator. I was rushed at each appointment and it wasn’t personal with her. I felt as if I missed important information that I then received at a later time. Day of surgery was quick and easy. I had no time to get nervous. Dr Richards provided his cellphone number and checked in that evening. I was always self-conscious about my small chest and now seemed like the perfect time to make a change. Thank you!
