Breast augmentation pain

I am currently 2 weeks and 4 days post op with size 380 cc Natrelle implants. My right side is feeling much better, not as tender and firm. My left side however is still super tender, more so in one spot (upper right area). My skin and nipples are super sensitive, closest I can compare the skin sensitivity to is when you have a fever and your skin hurts. No current fever however. I have an appointment with my Dr on Friday, just looking for some reassurance.
