Over muscle breast augmentation & natural look for weight training

Couldn't be happier with my results, I asked for a natural look and got exactly what I wanted. Dr Ali is a fantastic surgeon and I couldn't recommend him enough. I weight train and he explained how going under the muscle could lead to unwanted changes, therefore reassured me that by going over the muscle we could still achieve a natural look.
