No more soreness!! My scars have settled and they are no longer raised. They look more like incisions only. Still massaging twice a day and using my scar gel. Have yet to find my comfort spot while sleeping, and rely heavily on my “pregnancy c-shaped pillow” to get a good nights rest. I’m a belly sleepy normally so find without this pillow I try to go back to the norm and wake with cramps & achy pain in boobs. Have my 1 month f/u appt tomorrow and excited to see Dr.Shapiro again and share my gratitude!

I am not sore anymore and feel like my boobs are apart of me now! I feel so comfy and they have softened up a ton. Still massaging twice a day and using my scar gel. Have a ton of supportive bras I’m still wearing daily, but ready to make a Victoria’s Secret trip for sure.

My boobs have started to settle and soften quite a bit, and I am loving the appearance. Still sore and sensitive and my nipples are extremely sensitive and sore. I’ve been doing my massages twice a day and applying my scar gel. My back aches so bad and I think it’s from sleeping on my back as a normal belly sleeper. Overall, feeling good and continuing to wear my zip-up sports bras at all times (except showers).
