4 months update!

WORTH IT$7,041
Hi all!

It has been a while, I really wanted to add an update with the results sooner, but I kept postponing it somehow. Anyways, 4 months post op at the moment! Absolutely no pain anymore (after 6-7 weeks I was basically painless, even with the complications after 14 days). I am super happy with the results and they look and feel natural. Because I went with smaller implants and OTM, the pain was negligable and recovery is quick.

I've added some pictures! On the picture I am not wearing a push up bra, size 32D.

Hope this review helps :).

I had been waiting for your update. Glad the hematoma turned out fine and your results are absolutely beautiful!
Thank youuu!
I am not sure why half of my message got removed! How is your journey coming along? Did you also check out Essenza clinics? :D
In the end I didnt go to Essenza, had a really good consultation at Blooming which gave me a lot of confidence. I actually had my surgery Jan 9! 450 cc Ergo2 Demi, subfascial with an internal bra(Fascia sling)
Nice!! Wow! How is your recovery coming along? Are you happy with your results? :D
Very good, pain was really managable with just paracetamol. Internal bra hurt the most because its stitched to the periosteum and that is what I still feel mostly. At first I was like OMG they are way too big but swelling is going down now, they are settling more and more and becoming softer and squishier especially the right one. Left boob is still a bit more swollen and less soft but its getting there. So far I am really happy with how surgery went, the recovery is doing and the size and shape it is turning into! :)
Oh wow! Sounds really good!! And glad that the pain was not too bad and recovery goes smoothly, and most importantly, that you are really happy with the results! Please share your review if you are planning on writing a review! :D
I might share my story once everything is settled. I am still swinging between emotions about them lol. Do your implant they feel like a true part of your body or do they still feel kinda foreign?
Haha, I can imagine! It has only been 4 weeks ago! Need some time :). I must say, that even though I really really like how it looks, it still feels a bit foreign haha. So even after 4 months I dont feel like it is a true part of my body, but looks-wise I do feel it is part of my body ;D. I know a bit vague haha. Have a great recovery, I am looking forward to your review!
You look amazing! Did the hematoma heal on its own, were you taking any medication?
Thank you so much!
Half my message got removed :( The hemotoma healed on its own luckily, I did take antibiotics for a week because I was bleeding from the incision. But eventually all went well! Healing was not slower than the other breast without hematoma.
I'm so happy for you! Thank you for sharing your review

17 days post op - hematoma complication :(

Hi all!

So I am 17 days post-op today, but at 13 days post-up I started to bleed through my incision on my right breast. That side was very bruised the past weeks, a bit more swollen, but no pain and fever or any other symptoms that could indicate that something was wrong. But at 13 days post-op I started to leak alot of brown/dark red blood. I called the clinic and they said, since it is brown/dark red blood, it is probably old blood from an old hematoma. The next morning I went in for a check up and I am prescribed 7 days of antibiotics. An (old) hematoma is still considered a (rare) complication, so fingers crossed it will heal well and that there will be no infection. I am still leaking a bit of brown blood from the incision, so healing will take a bit longer. But no pain luckily. My left breast is all okay. No swelling, no bruising, just healing very nicely. Even the incision on that side looks nice already.

Healing and painwise, it was all okay. I am quite an active person, so I went to work a week post op already (office job). But this week I will take it easier for my right breast to heal a bit better.

I'll attach pictures of my immense bruised right breast :) (Around 7-10 days post op).

And one from 2 days ago - the bruises cleared up ALOT since the leakage of the hematoma.

Hey! I’m really curious about your experience with the minis. I’m currently trying to decide between the mini or the demi and would love to hear how your recovery went and whether you're happy with the size. There's not many reviews on smaller implants here, so anything you can share would be super helpful!
Hi there! I had been deciding between mini or demi as well! But the surgeon said that the mini would look more natural on me, and the demi would look more like I had it done. They both would look good I think. Must say I am very happy with the size; it looks very proportionate on my body. Because I went for the mini, the recovery went quite well (even though I did have a hematoma). The pain was minimal. I will upload some more pics this weekend!

Between which size are you deciding? I had the mini 235cc, and I currently wear a size 30E/32D bra. I was basically flat after breastfeeding, so it is a nice upgrade ;).
I’m booked in for demi 225 ergo2 in a month and can’t said! Yours look amazing - hope you’re healing okay
Thank you! I just posted the results - 4 months post op :). Hope your surgery went well and you are superhappy as well!

The surgery

I arrived at 10 AM, got prepped right away. (some extra checks, blood pressure etc, IV, took some paracetemol). I think around 10.35 I was going to the OR where everyone was super chill and happy. They administered the general anesthesia, and I calmly fell asleep. The procedure took about 35-40 min. I was back around 11.15 and woke up around that time, apologizing to all nurses that I fell asleep ????. I apparently was thanking them alot for taking care of me. Around 11.25 I started to remember more and took the first selfies. They made me grilled cheese and I left the hospital at 12.30. I felt pretty okay, the pain was not too bad.

I see you are also in the Netherlands, who was your surgeon? I am currently in the process of consultstions to find the right provider. How is your recovery coming along? Please keep us uodated!
Hi! My surgeon was Mireille van Hal (Essenza Clinics). She is really kind & patient and has alot of experience with breast augmentation (also is very up to date on developments in the academic/research world regarding implants/ breast augmentations). So definitely check her out on insta!

I am still recovering, because of a very stubborn right breast with a hematoma ;(. (See update & pics). Fingers crossed that it will heal well :).
She was also on my shortlist, since Essenza is one of the clinics using Motiva Ergo2 but i think a lack reviews and results shared. Hope you are recovering well!
