Decided on dr Guerrero. Sent photos and more information. We had a FaceTime and he was Nice. Went over the risks. I asked the type of implants he uses and his assistant sent me the link to motiva implants. So I did all of my research on the type I wanted. I wanted the ergonomix.
In person he did a bunch of measurements, took photos. When I expressed my right breast was much smaller than the right he just kinda blew it off. I was kind of surprised since it was glaringly obvious. In the photos I sent to him - which I’m not even sure he really looked at - it’s SO noticeable. I learned at this appointment that he didnt even carry the implant I wanted - the ergonomix- only round / full!!! So I had no idea how these would look on me since I had only researched the ergonomix!!! I was so upset and left the appointment feeling pressured to make a decision. later that day I was looking at my breasts again and was like the left is almost a cup bigger. So I called him and he was dismissive - he didn’t offer any help at all on sizing. and he said I call him to much …like a girlfriend does… I didn’t want large implants at all so the thought of 250cc and then 275 in my right was too big. I went with 220 in the left and 235 in the right. The day of surgery when he was marking me up he marked the wrong sizes and I had to ask him to change it. He laughed. Not funny. At all. So now I’m almost 7 weeks post op and it’s so obvious that my right breast is smaller. I brought it up with him while still in Colombia and he just blew it off. Saying most women have this. That’s why I had a surgery! To correct it. I wouldn’t suggest him to anyone. I also asked his assistant about filler. She told me it was $303 USD for 1 syringe. When I was there the first day I met the dr. He said $330. Then the day I got the filler put in he said 350 and I was like NO and he tried to say it’s the fluctuation of the $ and I laughed and said No. showed him the message from his assistant and ended up
Paying like $310 or something. Very questionable. My breasts are ok. Better than they were, but not good enough. To me it seemed this was another face for him. I don’t think he cared was absolutely not thorough enough at all.
