I’ve known I was going to get implants since I was 16. I wasn’t blessed with boobies during puberty or pregnancy. So here I am with the final P-Plastic surgery! I am 36 years old and have breastfed one child over a decade ago.
I currently wear 36b bras because they are comfortable, as I am wide, but I do not come close to filling out the bra. I am 5’5 180lbs for reference and am going with 450cc silicone under the muscle, periareola incision.
My surgery is scheduled for 3/25/22. 9 days away. I couldn’t be happier right now.
I had my consultation with Dr. Desai on 03/14/2022 and I knew that he would be my surgeon.

Day 1 (surgery) and day 2

These are the photos taken so far. Breasts are very swollen and sitting high. The right breast is much higher than the left. They are hard and tight, but the discomfort is bearable. I surprisingly have much more energy than I expected to have.

I took the surgical tape off this morning. There was a little bleeding on the right breast. I contacted my surgeon’s office and they said to control bleeding with gauze, then apply bacitracin and a bandaid.
I began massages last night. The swelling is slowly decreasing.
A lot of woman have said they didn’t have any pain, just pressure. That was not my experience. I had pressure the day of surgery and the following day. After that I had pain. It was manageable with the Percocet and muscle relaxer. I stopped taking the Percocet two days ago and have only used the muscle relaxer and Tylenol extra strength.
I will say that I’ve lived in ice packs. They literally made the healing process so far tolerable. Days 3-5 were hell due to my skin stretching. It felt like my skin on my breast was on fire. I tried driving two days ago and it hurt. It feels like I’m not healing as quickly as other women based on their blogs, but I’m happy to be able to stay home and rest.
I am feeling much better. Can’t wait to see what they will look like next week
