36, 5’7, 185 and med-large frame. Natrelle Inspira SRF 560cc

Growing up I was always underdeveloped, which was eventually accentuated by the fact that I was 5'7 by the time I was 13. I maybe grew another half inch, but my breasts never grew past a small B cup. I've always felt severely out of proportion. I had a small waist (before three c-sections it was much nicer!), and rather larger thighs and a butt. I also have an identical twin sister that had her breast aug done 10 years ago.

Fast forward to when my boys are 12, 15 and 17...and I'm now 36...I'm ready to be selfish! I went to a few other consultations, and I must say that Dr. Vitenas was the one for me! He made me feel instantly comfortable! His staff is AMAZING too!

Yesterday’s morning’s pre-op photo versus the morning’s post-opp. We went with 560cc sub-muscular SRF Natrelle Inspira silicone. Pain is very minimal, but muscles are sore. Main source of muscle ache is partial breast into my under arm. Didn’t realize how often I use my pec muscles. I’ve felt like I just can’t get enough food!
Slept fairly well and for approximately 8 hours. Massages are going ok. I wish I woulda have been more lucid during massage instructions. My husband has been trying to help, but he manages to make it hurt pretty bad...so hands off for now and I’m winging it!

Tried to get a revision due to double bubble. Was told I had capsular contracture instead and it would cost more than the original surgery for revision. Got a second opinion - double bubble - had my new surgeon do the revision. I couldn’t be happier now!
