WORTH IT
So I’m 5 weeks post op now, my right breast looks and feels great! My left breast still looks deformed and has not dropped.. my doctor gave me a band to wear but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything.. I asked if it’s a malposition of the implant and we need to fix it and he says no.. just time with the band. Anyone else go through something similar ??

Is It Normal for One Breast to Drop Before the Other?
I had a breast augmentation done on October 9th. 425cc high profile silicone under the muscle. I’m 5’3 115lbs and before my chest was nearly flat, like AA cup. The first 5 days were very rough and painful, very swollen. However I am much better now 11 days post op. My right breast started to drop around day 8 and I think it looks amazing, but my left is still high up and swollen. I have attached a photo of day 2 post op and 3 photos of today day 11 post op.. front and side views. Is this normal? I also had a yellow bruise between my breasts on day 4 or 5, and a yellow bruise on the left side of my left breast. I avoided using my left arm due to the pain and I just thought it would be better for it to heal quicker. Please help, I’m not sure if I’m just over thinking this or if there is an underlying issue.. thank you so much!

It's normal, they can drop at different rates so please don't worry. I'm on day 4 post op and my right side with the bigger impact is smaller than my left side with the smaller implant. Keep applying the ice and be kind to yourself.
Thanks love. I had my stitches removed today and my doctor said probably one month until the left will settle.. so I’m lopsided until then haha woohoo. But other than that I’m so happy
Check out ‘Melishkia’ review on here, she’s got some great info about her situation and what helped hers drop. She’s doing ‘Range of motion’ exercises. Type her name in the search bar. Best wishes!!
Please keep us updated I'm on week 2 almost 3 and have the same questions
Update: my left breast has still not dropped. I had my stitches removed on the 21st and I noticed a tiny hole at the end of the incision.. I’m assuming there was a knot in the stitches because that area hurt and felt disgusting while the dr was removing them. I’ve noticed some yellow liquid on both incisions, so I messaged my dr and he said it’s part of the healing process, he said I can take antibiotics for 7 days if it eases my mind. So I went and bought some that he suggested and started it last night. He also doesn’t suggest any breast massage, but I’ve read a lot of other peoples blogs and they all have been suggested to do certain massages.. I’m staying positive and will keep you update.
Hey there! Just to give you insight I'm 9 months post op now and mine dropped at different rates and it took MONTHS for them to even out. Breasts are sisters not twins and react to surgery differently! My doc is the highest rated in my province and does not recommend massage either! they let me know after 6 weeks it would be safe but to basically leave them alone until then. Each surgeon has different ways of doing things.
Thank you so much for your response about your experience! How long did it take them to drop? Not even out, just to drop?
I'm in the exact same boat! Had my surgery Oct 7th. 650cc unders and my right is dropping but my left is so high up with no lower pole. I'm paranoid about it! My dr also says no massaging
Any progress with your left breast dropping ?
No!! My right looks amazing and my left looks so bad. Have you had any progress? I seriously don't see it moving at all
Same, my doctor gave me a band to wear and it’s not helping. I asked him if he thinks it’s a malposition and just need to move the implant and he said no the band will work it’s a “special case”
Like what.. ugh I’m so stressed please keep me updated
