Nice guy, bad experiences

I thought long and hard about posting this, because Dr. Hadaegh is a very nice person, but I feel like my experiences should be known. Both the surgery and filler I received from Dr. Hadaegh ended up being huge regrets and caused more trouble than they were worth.
In august 2020 I did my first BA with Dr. H. We went with 325 ccs, which he said would not be too big when I started questioning the size the week before. Im 5'4 and was 103lbs. After the surgery, I was bawling my eyes out at how big they were. They felt and looked so heavy and they already had way too much volume at the bottom (and top) before they even dropped. I looked absurd. It only got worse as they dropped. I also had two massive, jagged scars, that weren't even in the folds.
They ended up bottoming out, bad, and almost immediately. I mean, my right nipple was practically facing the ceiling. It stuck out of every bra. They pretty much ruled my life for 6 months straight until the revision. Although he did a revision and downsized, I am now 24 years old with forever kinda-saggy/ deflated breasts and unnatural, weird folds and scars and scar tissue (the last 3 photos are the scars 8 months post revision). And even fixed, I live in a constant fear of if they're bottoming out again.
I also did lip filler with Dr. Hadaegh. Looking back, I can't believe I even walked around looking like the way I did after he did them. My top lip was completely changed and for the worse. It was massive and migrated from the start. He did filler in the lower middle part of my upper lip because too much of my teeth showed (???) which just made me look like I had beak lips. The injector who dissolved that had absolutely no clue why he did that. I am STILL paying hundreds to get the filler dissolved, with my third dissolving appointment this weekend.
So everything I've done with Dr. Hadaegh, I've had to pay 50% again just to fix the work, and forever have to live with the results of what happened. Guess I could've just gone to someone who charged 50% more.

Hi lovely, I think they look great! I'm 5ft and have 300cc implants and I recon I could have gotten away with a little bigger, and it would still look not too "fake". Scars also can commonly raise up the breast when they heal, it's pretty uncommon for them to stay exactly in the crease as once you have implants the shape of our breasts will change and your new crease likely won't be in the same spot, and this is the same with your nipples. It's very common for them to not be 100% even and from your photos they actually look pretty even! I am really gutted for you and I'm so sorry you're disappointed but I think with any surgery you do have to remember it will never be "perfect", and of course your before will have a lot to play in the after. It's easy to go in with a expedition of what you want them to look like, but you should always remember natural breast aren't "perfect either". I personally think your breasts look amazing, and just going off those photos, they do suit your body, but I get being short you may feel they look and feel big. I was concerned about mine too at first. I am so sorry you don't like your breasts, but I hope maybe seeing others on the app can put you at ease and make you see ow beautiful your breasts really are. Again, I think they look very well done! X

I think that comment from alycatt should be absolutely ignored. I looked over your photos before reading your review and immediately made note of how your breasts bottomed out. Your revision was certainly warranted. It takes guts writing an honest review like this, especially when you were fond of your ps. You deserve better and I hope you are able to enjoy your revised augmentation moving forward.

Scar bumps

I also keep getting these horrible itchy bumps that develop in the ridges of my scars, which are from how long we left stitches in the second time around.
