Day 13 Recovery 520 CC’s

magben
WORTH IT$6,100
So I had a post of appointment this past Monday, 12/4/17, after my hematoma removal. The nurse removed the surgical tape! Whoohoo!! No more tape! My results are night and day from a week ago. I will be two weeks post OP tomorrow. I feel like it has been a month versus two weeks. I’m healing well but still have shooting pain here and there. I can feel the weight of my implants now. I still have to wear my surgical bra. I go back to the doctor next week and they will fit me for a sports bra. I’m still under a lot of restrictions ???? My doctor said to wait a few more months before talking about a revision. I can respect that. It is so hard to be patient, though. Here are pics of my recovery so far.

Revision? Do you think you'll need one? They look great

I am happy with shape but I’m greatly disappointed in the size. I want to be much bigger. That’s why I want a revision.

The girls are looking nice. Sorry about the setback, but great to see you up and making progress. The way Dr Lawton did the sizers was to keep making them bigger until C said they were too big (for us this happened when the 750s spilled out the side) and then backed off one size (to 675cc). Good luck with your decision.

Day 6 Recovery/Hematoma Removal

magben
Hey guys so I had the hematoma removed three days ago, 11/28/17???? My PS put me under again and cut open my right incision, removed the implant, drained the hematoma, cleaned the implant pocket, cleaned the implant and reinserted the implant. It was weird waking up form anesthesia and only being in pain on my right breast instead of both like the first time. Dr. Connors taped me up again like the first time and this time made my surgical bra tighter to help minimize swelling. I was not as loopy and out of it when I came through this time as opposed to the first time I came out from anesthesia. I was still shaking just as bad as the first time. I forgot my pain meds at home so I was in a world of pain until I got home and took my remaining Percocet pills. I was in a world of pain until the meds kicked in. Hopefully this surgery worked and I will not have anymore complications moving forward ???? here are pics of the girls????

Recovery Day 5/Hematoma setback

magben
I’m sorry I am behind on my updates. This picture is from Day 5 of my recovery. I went to see my PS on day 5, 11/27/17, and he confirmed I have a hematoma in my upper right breast. He said he does not want to wait for my body to try and absorb it bc it could potentially lead to capsular contracture. We would have a whole new set of problems to deal with, so I agreed to have him reopen the right incision, remove the implant, drain the built up blood, clean the pocket and reinstall the implant. I would only pay for anesthesia and OR costs. He also removed the surgical tape which made me really happy. I also voiced my concern about being too small and not potentially reaching my goal of double D’s. He told me I’m still very swollen and to wait till the swelling has gone down and we can reassess from there. I took more post OP photos now that I finally have the surgical tape off. ????
