I'm 2 to 3 weeks post op, Implants are still hard and high

A-B before surgery with some drooping in one breast. Breastfed two kids. I'm 2-3 weeks PO. Implants are still hard and high. My only concern is one breast feels like the natural breast tissue from the drooping one is below the implant. Nurse said it'll drop down and fill that out but I'd just really like to hear from someone that's been through this already. Thanks
